good location, very clean and comfortable,
-
The lobby was a bright and fun place to return to after a busy day.
-
What you’d expect from photos - basically nice premises, location A bit hard to manage the entry and exit with keys, elevator often in use (5th floor), bathroom shower and toilet drain issues addressed but had to deal with), noisy outside with late night crowd.
-
Very difficult for the transfers with luggage ; the elevator is located in middle of floor you need take carrying your self to elevator!
-
Great location, clean room, professional, helpful and friendly staff. We were return guests, and we will be back again!

location was good. felt safe, we got keys for the building, floor & room's door stairs leading to the bed weren't very safe. very small room, the most expensive room we paid for in our stay ( we stayed in 3 over our time in Rome) and the smallest as well. we felt like they are budgeting every thing including hand&body soap which ran out every day (we needed to wait till morning for refill because there isn't any staff during the evening.
