Good location. Convenience free breakfast.

The hotel occupies the third floor of a very elegant shared space building that has beautiful, wide marbled stairs. You get a code to open the main building door after hours. The beds were very comfortable. I was afraid of city noise near the train station but we had a room facing inside that was incredibly quiet. You walk across the Piazza della Repubblica after leaving the station to get to the hotel, passing the amazing Fountain of the Naiads. Some tour guides warn against staying in the Termini section but we were very pleasantly surprised by the area with its cleanliness, beautiful wide streets and buildings. The subway stairs are very close, so you can get around so easily. You can also walk to many of the main attractions from here. Lots of great places to eat right nearby. Included in the fee there was a choice of cornetto juice, milk, tea for breakfast and a coffee machine with various coffees to pick from. There were drinks available for purchase in the fridge at other times. The room fridge was stocked with water. The room showed signs of wear and tear. The elevator was tiny. The shower had a button that got stuck and we needed assistance to get water running again.

Loved the location, with easy walking distance to most attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free morning coffee and croissant (8–11 am) were a great bonus. The room was quite small, and soundproofing wasn’t great. I could hear other guests’ alarms, TVs, and noise from the hallway. The lift also triggered an alarm if the doors weren’t closed, which was a bit annoying, though the staff mentioned it was temporary.

Very secure, very comfortable. The elevator was not always working.

Location and staff. Everything old and dated. Paper thin walls. Heard everything our neighbors said. Leaking water from shower. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The building housing the hotel dirty.

The location was wonderful, very close to the metro station and very central. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was unpleasantly hot for Winter. The bathroom wasn't really clean and it was difficult to understand how to turn on hot water.

I'm a big guy, so it was a little difficult for me to deal with the size of the room and the bathroom. But overall it was ok.

The bathroom floor was not mopped properly during our stay.

Good location near train station Tiny room - we were tripping over each other. Breakfast was just stale croissants and juice. Walls were very thin - we could hear everything from the room next to us.

Room was very clean, nice, bathroom as well The staff were too helpful, they were able to manage a very early check in, in addition to free breakfast on arrival day and 24/7 free coffee, this was so exceptional Locations is amazing as well, almost in the center of Rome, walking distances almost to the most interesting places Loved the stay, highly recommended and will definitely visit them again

The property is a bit dated and not very well maintained. The bed was narrow. It was a bit noisy.

Bathroom had mold (a lot)!!!

Very helpful staff! We came in and out at odd hours due to traveling and someone was always at the front desk! I highly recommend this place to stay
