The host, Valentina, was very kind and accommodating. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and in a good, generally quiet location, despite being streetfront. There is a small grocery store just a block up on the other side of the street and there is a very nice cafe/pastry shop next door. Nice neighborhood! Upon arrival, we sat out front in the heat and sun for almost an hour awaiting apartment entry instructions, it would have been good to get the entry instructions before we arrived versus having to wait in the heat outside with our luggage. I had tried to reach the owner through the app, directly via text, and via the building owner, it turned out she was at work and was unable to respond for that hour. Also, the toilet tank in the back bedroom made screaming noises about every 40 minutes due to some water pipe issue in the tank on the upper wall. We didn't sleep well because of that issue. I did share the issue with Valentina but it was not resolved, we just had to keep getting up in the middle of the night and jiggling the handle on the toilet. Finally, there is no AC in the main common area or in the third bedroom, so we had to leave the doors open to the other two bedrooms to get air to the rest of the apartment, and it just happened to be a very hot night in Rome on June 7th. The door locks on the apartment itself were a bit of a challenge, took some getting used to, but we finally figured it out. ;-) Valentina was great and the apartment itself is very nice, just needs a little bit of updating (AC in third bedroom, fix back bedroom toilet) to make it perfect!

It was walkable to the Vatican. Many close restaurants and markets for meals. No one to meet us on arrival. Only contact with owner was through text on What’s App. Had to figure out much on our own. Toilet in middle bathroom makes horrible noises. Seating uncomfortable in dining area.
-
A bit noisy from street traffic.
-
Great location near the Vatican and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There’s a grocery store across the street, which makes grabbing a quick and cost-effective bite easy. Street outside is busy so if you’re sensitive to street noises, bring earplugs!
-
It has 3 bedrooms It looks nice but actually everything is old! The bathrooms should be improved , specially the blue bathroom were bath tub is too old and disgusting to use. The windows cannot be opened for us to see the light outside, kitchen facilities needs to be upgraded.

Spacious flat with lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. Street noise can be hard to get used to.

This place is great for large groups! You can’t beat 3 bedrooms and 3 showers for this price! It is right next to at St Peters Basillica and the Vatican. Literally walking distance. A bus stop is right next to the flat! Plenty of good food And a farmacia right next to it! I forgot my contacts at home and was able to get some within minutes! This place was perfect.

Location
-
Plenty of eateries to choose from. Plenty of information about local area left by Host. Seating in living area was not comfortable. Unpleasant smell in kitchen, possibly from cleaning items under sink. Shower recesses small. Constant road noise particularly from motorbikes and emergency vehicles - not much anyone can do about that.
-
I loved the quiet location and amenities. Everything was great! No complaints.

The host communicates well and was helpful giving us directions from the airport. The apartment is 5 min walk from the S. Pietro subway. We took the train from the airport with a transfer at Trastevere station- easy and inexpensive. Directions to get into the apartment were messaged and clear. The lift was not working but it’s up only one flight. Apartment has three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. . Beds are comfortable. Air conditioners worked well. Bathrooms were good - showers maybe a little small but functional. There is a good sized living room with flat screen tv with streaming options and a separate kitchen. Washer and drying rack for clothes in kitchen. It was a 10 or 15 min walk to St Peter’s Basilica. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Check out should be a bit later. The keys need to be updated - difficult to open Outside door

The apartment was perfect for a short stay in Rome. Location was excellent with great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
-
The location was very good because it was close to the Vatican. The sofa bed mattress was extremely dirty and unconfortable. One of the bedrooms was not properly heated and got very cold at night. Bathrooms very small and noisy. We arrived at 21:05 because the uber couldn’t find the address and the host made us pay another 40 euro for a late checkin. She refused to understand we are late by only 5 minutes.
-
The outside was loud and noticeable in the inside. Not enough toilet paper. Some courtesy coffee grain would have been nice.
-
Great location for exploring the city. Close to the Vatican and a metro station , so easy to get to from the airport Spacious apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment is on a very busy road so this was the only downside for us.
-
Great accommodation with each room ensuite.

We stayed here 5 adults and 1 child, all were comfortable and will go back when we need a good size home/apartment when staying in a large group! Bed was comfortable! Such a great area! I walked around and never felt nervous! The coffee bar two doors down was an amazing plus! Super close to bus stops! N/A
