My room had 1 window that faced another building so there was not much natural light, but I was barely in my room.

The location was amazing. The room was very clean. The only downside was the little elevator and walking up the last flight of stairs with my 86-year-old mother. The elevator and walking up the last set of stairs with my mom to the fifth floor she’s 86

Quaint area. Restaurants abound. Great food locations and local transportation.

The location is fantastic and the rooms modern and great. From here you can get to anywhere in Rome, we took the Metro and Buses. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from, including the hotels. Shower floor was very slippery

We stayed in the annex apartment. It was just great! We loved the space, and it was amazing to have a private balcony—much more than we had expected. Having an elevator to the 4th floor was great too. The apartment was perfect, and we highly recommend. Truly, the apartment was great. The only thing we wish we had and didn't was a washing machine, but considering all the other amenities, we managed to survive without it. Again, we highly recommend!

Clean Service was pretty bad, bad smell outside the room and in the lobby, no elevator and no one to help with the suitcase, staff didn't welcome us at all. Expensive stay and won't be back

The location is excellent!!! The staff very kind, and the rooms very clean. We had a ground level floor and it was a bit noisy, also no view from the window (frosted) which can be claustrophobic. Breakfast could be more varied.

There was no coffee maker in the room which I expect to be standard. The room and bathroom was in serious need of a paint job. Walls were very scuffed, marked up, and dirty.
