The Location was perfect. The staff was very pleasant. The AC unit didn’t work well.

The staff were just wonderful! I was determined to speak Italian as much as possible, and they were very patient and spoke slowly to accommodate me. The room was comfortable, and I was excited to be staying in the Jewish Ghetto, where the food and the folks were lovely. It was also very near many of the main Rome sights. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was quite small, but I knew what I'd signed up for! The one thing I'd change was that there was no outlet near the bed. I had to charge my devices in the bathroom.

Very good breakfast with a good variety.Very helpful staff in all areas and the location was excellent for seeing the major sights.Lovely roof top bar with prices that were very comparable to local area. Also plenty of restaurants/shops nearby. We were able to store our cases after checking out until it was time for our taxi.Would definitely use the hotel again next time. Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasant one :-) The towels in the bathroom were located too high and couldn't reach them without using a stool (I'm 1,65 metres, 5ft 5 inches). Could do with putting them on the towel rail with the hand towels. Otherwise no complaints whatever.

Staff is at the desk 24/7 and can help you with whatever you need. The room was cleaned every day. Great location near many sites. Nice rooftop bar. nothing to complain about.

Location, location location - in the center with great bus access but not as crowded or noisy as other nearby areas (such as Campo dei Fiori). Clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Reasonable price. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey. Room was very tight and a bit awkwardly arranged. There was one mix up that could have caused major problems - I made arrangements for a 6 a.m. taxi the morning of my departure and requested (and confirmed) a wake up call for 5:15 a.m. However, I never received the call. Luckily, I did wake up in time to prepare for my departure, but could just as easily have still been asleep when the taxi arrived.

The location was great for exploring Rome on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated map talk upon checking in. It was helpful before heading out. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. Thank you for arranging the timely airport transport Thank you!

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleans were room and comfortable. Absolutely loads of places to eat nearby as well as supermarkets. Walking distance to sights of Rome and the adjacent streets are also interesting. Would recommend and would return. Visitors should note that while the website says laundry facilities are available this is not the case although they will recommend places. As well, website says kettles in each room also not the case. The staff will provide hot water for tea upon request. We had a corner room which was fine, but snoring from next door was an issue one day, and the room was quite dark. Just fyi.

View of canal and bridge, clean, owner met us at dock and walked us to apartment, great location within easy walking distance to everything, great communication with rental office! Leave renters more towels!

Literally around the corner from the most important sites in Rome. I could comfortably walk to the places I had on my list to visit. There was no comfortable place to sit once I had checked out and was waiting to catch a late night flight.
