Nice location, good price. The door lock in the room did not work well, it was really easy to open it without keys. Also, the doors were not able to lock from inside. The staff was unable to resolve this problem.

Location AC not working properly, dark rooms, poor internet
-
Air-con, comfy beds, easy walk from train which was great when travelling with backpacks, locality to decent shops and eateries, main attractions further away but still walkable. Door wasn't easy to check was locked properly. Occasional smell of cigarette smoke on our floor.

Really good high powered AC and in walking distance to the colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Also lots of restaurants outside of the hotel. Pillows were super hard. The outlet of one side of the bed was not properly attached to the wall. They failed to mention that there was a bucket that filled with the condensation from the AC so eventually it flooded and got our bags wet. Weird stains on the walls and bed frame.

The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect in terms of close to Termini and getting around Rome. The room was clean and tidy ....... until my wife opened her bags The room was on the small size and not much closet space.

The staff was vey pleasant and the room was lean The shower needed some fixing as it was falling off the wall.

Location, that's all. Hotel was very run down, e.g. walls had marks and handprints, door of wardrobe broken, leads hanging out of walls on corridors, shower was broken, no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed (had to go to another floor to shower day 2 - not easy with kids, and day 3 told it was being fixed but it wasn't, no attempt to apologise for this, man on reception just made it seem like we wanted too many showers!). Would it recommend any family staying here.

the bed was comfortable; that is it! Perfect for get in-sleep-get out. They were non responsive when asked to change the date 4 months in advance... we had a late check in, the room was cold and it was 3C outside. Small, cramped, cold and uber basic for 80$ without breakfast. Only 5 min walk to the main station - be careful not to be mugged, stabbed or kidnapped within those 500m at night.

Location is very close to train station, staff were quite friendly. No water glass, boiling kettle in the room. Room is a bit dark. Bed is so hard. An old hotel that needs renovation.
