Very clean and nice hotel for short stay.

This was a very charming and unique establishment. The staff was extraordinary helpful. Carlos was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding various locations. Also throughly enjoyed the rooftop patio. Loved it there. Mattress probably should be changed out.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican. The staff were polite, and I noticed that some of the other rooms looked much nicer than the one I stayed in. Don't rely only on the glowing reviews when choosing this hotel. I booked it for two nights because of them, but it was a very disappointing experience. My single room was extremely dusty. The fabric-covered walls seemed to have absorbed years of dust, and the large wooden mirror frame looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The only fan in the room, which was necessary because of the heat, simply circulated the dust. Fortunately, I had allergy medication with me. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. I woke up with severe back pain after just one night. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, with a reasonable selection. However, the cleanliness of the dishes was not. There were fingerprints on the cutlery, lipstick marks on the glasses, and stains on several plates. I understand that everyone has different standards, but for me this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

Perfect location! Very cute room and front desk. Room is not large, but could give you a wow. For the location, price and easy going with front door parking, could not ask for more

The location was in a great area that had good restaurants and was not touristy. Close to the Vatican. We had arranged for airport pick up through the hotel and after a long flight there was no one to pick us up. Eventually the hotel got someone to get us but it would have been helpful to know that they were messaging through What’s Ap so we didn’t have to keep calling. Staff was helpful if asked but not particularly friendly.
