Great location, walking distance from many main attractions, amazing staff and breakfast. :)

The reception staff were very helpfull and provided informations from what to visit, maps, daily plans and advice about Rome. Very good if you don't know where to start. 24/7 reception. The location was great: 30-45 min on foot from all tourist attraction. Rome Termini and metro station within 5-10 min. walking distance. Next street bistro's/taverns with Italian food and 5 min. walk to international (asian, fast-food) restaurants. There's a supermarket next street over. Bath tub could have been more cleaner, but, maybe, that was only my room.

Little air-conditioning. Needed fan to make a breeze.

Excellent location Outdated rooms, broken shower

The location was good. The size of the room was nice. The shower in our bath room did not work and they were unable to fix it. They also took the room tax upfront in cash and I believe I was charged again after we left. The breakfast was just ok. I have had better at the other the hotel.

Great location. Appeared as described in photos. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast

Staff customer service was exceptional.

Nice location but extremely noisy and very overpriced.

Location was nice. Inside of hotel was nice. Bathroom was pretty clean. They had a vending machine with very cheap prices for the drinks and water, which was nice. Breakfast area was nice and food options were good. Smaller rooms than I expected. When I booked place, I booked it for 3 adults. There were 3 beds total (2 beds pushed together to make it a “queen”) and the beds alone almost took up the whole room. Barely any walking space. Soap had a horrible smell.

We were only in Rome for a short stay and wanted to be near the train station with a family of five. Hotel Boromeo was perfect. Great price for a family room, convenient location to Termini and all the cites, very clean, and very kind staff at the desk and throughout the hotel. Thank you!

Location, staff, breakfast at the rooftop.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Cute little terrace and an excellent breakfast. The location was great and the hotel feel was cozy. They held our luggage the day we checked out until late in the evening free of charge! The only complaint I have is they only provide you one key card. Needless to say we locked ourselves out of our room a couple of times but the staff was quick to unlock it for us. The experience of everything else outweighed this small thing.

The location was excellent. Close to great dining, the metros and busses. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shower in our room was very poor. The shower head would not point down appropriately and the floor outside the tub was soaked after every shower.

All went great. The stuff at Borromeo hotel was friendly. We came late at night and we were met and the guy at the reception give us directions and map of the city and gave us advices for our stay and also recomend us the very good restaurant next to hotel. Thank you, Ignacio! Rooms were clean all the time, the stuff wes smily and polite. The breakfast was good. There is wonderfull terace on open air, where the breakfast is served in the morning and which is at disposal of the guests in the rest of the time. Not so many people used it, as mostly guests were outside and it feld like our private terrace. The location was super good, 2 streets from the Colosseum and the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, close to Termini train station and even closer to the Cavour Metro station, with lots of nice restaurants in the near streets. We loved walking mostly, every historical landmark was at nice walking distance. Via Cavour - the street of the hotel is very busy during day, but our room was not loud, even if it was looking at the street. From the restaurant across we could hear beautiful Italian romantic music, which were adding to the romantic atmosphere. And in the night it was very quiet. Next to hotel there are also few shops that work late in the night. I would have liked if there was some italian dishes and desserts at breakfast. The brekfast was kind of a standart self service, but since Italia is famous for their kitchen, I would have loved to try something local. There was a mini bar in the room, but it was not stocked. There is however a machine for water and soft drinks and salty and sweet snacks with coins at the lobby. And also, mini shops next to the hotel. There was a bitet in the toilette, which was great, but the shower cabin was miniature.

It was close to all the attractions. Excellent location! Location, breakfast, management

I love this hotel, especially the breakfast. Best breakfast I have had in Italy. There is a lot of choice and a lovely terrace where you can sit (even when breakfast is over). Very convenient to the train, but also the major sites. I walked almost everywhere. The only times I took the bus was because it was too hot, not because it was too far. They also provide a fridge, which is very uncommon in Italy. The staff are also extremely kind and helpful. I wish they left the water machine on in the breakfast room all day. You can buy water from a vending machine in the lobby, but it would be nice to have complimentary water all day. But not the end of the world. I still love this hotel and highly recommend it.

We loved the location but most of all we loved Gigi. He was wonderful. Made us coffee made sure we had everything we need. I would highly recommend your hotel because of him and I would absolutely come back because of him. We thoroughly enjoyed everything there and as I said it’s because of the man at the desk Gi Gi

Wonderful location in central Rome, 15-min walk to Colosseum, and many wonderful restraints and shops within a 3- to 4- minute walk. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a beautiful view near the roof. The room was quite small. Walls could use touch-up of paint, and bathroom needs renovation.

Great location. Huge private terrace. Good breakfast The room was rather small with really nowhere to put two suitcases. Only happy to stay a couple of nights.
