Reviews
-
A 3-star hotel that looks and performs like a solid 4 star. Great value, superb room.
-
The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. The staff accommodated us with the last minute reservation and give us a room with king size bed which was enough for our baby. The staff also helped us with milk warmer. The location of the hotel is very close to Roma Termini. No complaints.
-
We were asked to leave a 100 Euro deposit which we found out about on the spot, and the Wifi in some parts of the room would not connect.
-
No, this is a great hotel. Highly recommended, the staff provided dinner recommendations and how to get around Rome.
-
More hooks, shelving, and hanging spaces especially in the bathroom would have been appreciated.
-
Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Alessandro. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend it.

Nothing

Our room was small, but comfortable and clean. The ventilation outside our window was noisy during the day, but in the night it was quieter.
-
Safety and very close to everything. Very quiet. It’s right in front of the police station. No ironing board, only one thin pillow
-
Everything, from staff to rooms and location, another nice think was that the staff gave as a map with Rome and explain us which metro station to avoid, also the pickpockets spots so that we can feel save and they gave us some nice tips with couple places and tourist spots. It was perfect. They have a small problem with the heating system, but u can just turn it off when is warm enought.
-
Great location, close to trains and busses. Not allowed to eat in room.
-
It much The bathtub was broken. The toilet ran all night long. The towel warmer did not work. The nighttime staff working the front desk was clearly not happy with his job. Very unfriendly.
-
We like that was close to the train station, and the bathroom had a good size , specially the shower. We stay only one night, can’t name anything that didn’t like

Staff was great. Eddie at the hotel desk was the best ever! He was always polite, gave us great recommendations of places to go and eat, shop and more. We all loved Eddie. Cleaning lady was very kind. Restaurant workers were all fun and nice too. Everything was great
-
Very clean and quiet room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Many restaurants in area. Secure location near police station. Ten minute walk to Termini railway and metro station. Cleaning staff did an excellent job each day making up our room. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Very good value. A little bigger bar or disc of soap would be nice.

The customers service. The air conditioner did work. We didn’t sleep at all. It was super hot.
-
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was good, the room size was perfect for 2 people, and the breakfast was good. It could be a bit noisy at night but having white noise helped.
-
The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was very good. The hotel's location a short walk from the Termini train station was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices available, including fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, cereal, bread, croissants and cakes, eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. Coffee, espresso, cappuccino and tea were also available. The sdtaff were friendly and very helpful. There are several trattorias in the neighborhood, one in particular Monte Arci, served delicious food. Nothing comes to mind.
-
good location, a few blocks from Termini Station attentive staff, always available and ready to answer questions good value breakfast Although rooms are renovated, they still have only 1 or 2 outlets for recharging electrical devices. My bathroom included a tub, but no anti-slip map was included. This was an issue as the tub doubled as a shower.

Highly professional staff, reasonably priced. There were some broken things in the room, but the staff mostly attended to them promptly.
