The location was 25 minutes away from the coliseum and near the B-line service so exploring Rome was easy! The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was a life saver! The best experience of our stay was the staff, extremely helpful, accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed!
-
Great property for those willing to stay a little further away, nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get around via taxi or subway

The atmosphere was very cozy and warm. Rooms are in perfect condition. The yard at the entrance was a favorite Nothing

Staff is very kind and helpful. They have great recommendations if you’re looking for restaurants, cafes… A special thanks to Vladi for his recommendations and tips to enjoy Rome. They helped me so much throughout my stay and even offered me espressos. Those little touches made all the difference. The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt effortless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

Outstanding all around. Rooms were great, front desk staff were exceptional. The breakfasts were fantastic and reasonably priced. Great location, no issues getting taxis or Ubers. Nothing. Literally nothing.

We recently completed a wonderful 9-night stay at the Emona Aqua Hotel, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. A special, massive thank you goes to Vladi, our main point of contact. He truly went above and beyond for us by upgrading our booking to their absolute best room. We were treated to a magnificent balcony view that made our mornings and evenings unforgettable. On top of that, the room featured a beautifully renovated, brand-new bathroom that felt incredibly modern and luxurious. Here are a few highlights from our stay: The Staff: Beyond Vladi's amazing hospitality, every single staff member we encountered was super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness: The entire property and our room were kept super clean throughout our entire 9-night stay. The Breakfast: Every morning started on a high note. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and very delicious!

What a nice place - the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was fabulous, it's walkable to many things, and it had a nice relaxed vibe. No complaints. Be aware that there is an elevator but it is tiny. And the bathroom has little counter space for our party of 3 women. But like I said - no complaints! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful Courtyard, comfortable bed, they were also very quick to respond to questions we had prior to our arrival!

Not best location but doable

The location was great, as it was near the public transit hubs, right across remnants of the Aqueduct for that added historic feel, and in a super quiet neighborhood. The garden, with fountains, in the courtyard area was tranquility itself! However, what made everything click was the staff who were always happy to assist, made us comfortable every step of the way, super communicative and friendly. The whole place works so well in every way because of Vladimir and the team making it all happen! I can't wait to visit them again! I wouldn't change anything really.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Interesting mix of antique and modern in the decor. Delightful patio. Roman aqueduct right across the street.

The staff was so welcoming and made our stay so pleasurable- felt as though we had been friends for years!

Everything was perfect
-
Suited our purposes of a hotel - great staff - helpful in giving us directions, friendly and suggesting places to eat and things to do - breakfast was typical of Europe - close to subway and buses - a really great place to start your Rome holiday - ciao I can’t think of any

The place is very clean, in a great location, yet very quiet and peaceful. Vladimir is an amazing host—very kind and funny. Also, if you’re a fan of Rock and Blues, he’s the right person to guide you to the best spots in town. Highly recommended!

As soon as I arrived the staff bent over backwards to help me as I settled in and provided great recommendations for what to do in the city. No complaints.
-
The location is what I expected. The room was a good size, although it did have a smell when we first arrived. We needed to air it out. The breakfast was good. I don't know who should have made me aware of the City tax that needed to be paid in cash and not charged to me credit card.
-
Breakfast was fantastic. The staff treats you are family. The side patio is serene. Nothing.

The court yard was cute. Our window and view was nice and our bed was comfy. Coffee was good. Most of the staff was quite pleasant. Renos weren’t complete in our room. The shower had nothing to stop the water coming out so it flooded our room twice. The lady working the first night it happened told us it’s not her job to clean - fine - I had to ask her give me something to mop and clean it up. She really wasn’t helpful in general. There’s not really any room in the bathroom to put our toiletries. They were drywalling outside our room and we had drywall dust on all of our stuff. The reception smelled like septic gas most of the time.
