Everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The location is just in the centre close to almost everything.

Excellent little property, right by the Spanish Steps. Courteous and efficient staff at the reception and the breakfast. The room was well-furnished with an authentic charm. I would stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff that run the breakfast buffet is excellent and very accommodating. When I booked this room I was under the impression that there was going to be 2-3 beds. I booked a triple room. What we got was a room with a queens bed and a cot. I asked the gentleman at the desk to make arrangements for us to go to the airport. He said it would be 150 euro’s because we needed a van to take us to the airport. I never got a recite for this transaction as it needed to be paid in cash or he would not even book the transportation's. I was a little surprised that the van driver knew nothing of this transaction and wanted to charge me 70 euro’s for the ride. I explained that we already paid and were not allow to leave until he confirmed this with the Hotel.. So was the ride really 150 euro’s or was it 70 and who got the rest. Not sure. We were overcharged by several vendors that seem to make up their own prices as they go along. They have a very small reception area that gets very congested with the guest and new arrivals. No real place to store your luggage while you wait for a room.

The location of the property is excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. The rooms were compact but adequate but would benefit from a full length mirror.

Staff were excellent, Andrea and Roberta, especially. Beautiful, clean hotel, well situated. Close to everything.

a lovely hotel in the city center, walking distance to everything. Nice, clean room. Andrea at the reception was very welcoming.

Everything Coming home

David, Front Desk clerk, was so friendly and helpful. Also, staff in the breakfast room were attentive and a pleasure to interact act with (my lousy Italian and their good English got us by!). The facility itself was like a small, well packaged gift to ourselves on our first hotel stay in Italy. The quirky elevator and spiral steps set a great first impression and the hotel certainly delivered on that thru out our 3 night stay. When light was on in the bathroom, it lit the entire bedroom space thru it's glass sliding door. Hard to sleep if one was still in bed and the other occupant was using the bathroom.
