Clean, friendly and good value. Nothing really!

Clean property, lovely outdoor terrace, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The area around is quite dirty.

Though it was possible to set the thermostat at my preferred 20 degrees, it was obvious that they had rigged it so it would not cool to below 23 degrees. (Like, the room temp was 23 degrees in early evening and I had it set to 20, and even though it was nighttime and cooler it never got cooler than 23 degrees in my room). Also, the table was not usable as a workstation. It was too high. I had to use my laptop in bed to do any work.

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful, and the facilities were very nice. The air conditioning in our room was not working well so it was very hot, the shower drain was very slow so we had issues with water in the floor when showering.

I have nothing bad to say.

The room,the breakfast,the courtyard, the staff,the location. Although it is in a busy area, the rooms are very quiet.

The room was very clean, which we appreciated. However, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The room was quite small, and there was not much space to store personal belongings, especially on the side of the bed near the window. The view from the window was just of a roof, so nothing special. The bathroom could use some maintenance, as the toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast was available and there was a good variety of food, but the overall quality was rather basic for Italy. Food was served on disposable paper and plastic tableware, which felt a bit disappointing. It was enough to satisfy hunger, but not something we particularly enjoyed. Overall, the stay was acceptable thanks to the great location and cleanliness, but there is definitely room for improvement.

We liked that there was staff at the front desk around the clock. The room was large and clean. The weather was sweltering in Rome and our room was cool enough. The dining options. We stayed on a Sunday night and the only items available on the restaurant menu were three focacio type bread options which were apparently warmed up by the front desk staff. The free drink and free food Vouchers were only worth a total of 2 euro off- so nothing was free.

cleaness and great breakfast the hotel needs to install the right size toilet seat.to match the bowl and install towel supports and shelves in the bathroom there is nothing put things on

Great location, nice breakfast Air conditioning was almost non existent, guy at front desk who works evenings didn’t seem to know anything that was going on. We asked for him to relay to housekeeping that we didn’t want our rooms serviced the next day, they were serviced anyway. Super annoying

Bed could be more comfortable

Hotel is on very good location, have a metro station in front of hotel and also bus and tram staition. Hotel is nice, we first had a room on second floor with garen view but that room has no window in the room just in bathroom and between bathroom was glas door. That was nice room but I asked to change for a room with window, so they accepted and change our room.

Beds where too soft for me

Great rooms, easy access to metro. Some good cafes & Restaurants. Garden bar was great for happy hour or for a night cap before bed. Breakfast had a large selection. Friendly staff. Nothing

Everthing really. Breakfast was great, room clean and comfortable and excellent location. No complaints

good location near metro station I asked for 2 beds, but in the end it was only one bed and i separate it in 2 small beds by myself. During check out front desk agent was too slow. U need to pay city tax when u check out and also for mini bar, i took just 2 cans with water, each small can cost 3 € and also for 2 euros was there but i didn’t took anything for 2€. Room was old and floor was dirty. Breakfast was okey.

I booked thebwrong dates by mistake, and requested the refund. They didn't accept.

Good Location and clean and stuff

Property is located right near major transportation routes including metro and bus. It is also only 15 minutes walking from the train station although I wouldn’t do this at night. Room felt a little cramped although I guess this is what you’d expect from a budget hotel.
