Very charming hotel The beds are uncomfortable and the room is a bit tight

We stayed here for the last 3 nights of our Rome trip and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The atmosphere i

The staff were truly wonderful, always eager to accommodate and easily the best part of our stay! In particular the service during breakfast was excellent and felt like a 5 star experience. It was clear that the staff genuinely enjoy working together from their friendly banter with each other which created a pleasant atmosphere. The location was also perfect for accessing the city by foot, while not being in the heart of busy tourist areas. Returning to the hotel each day was a respite from the heat and crowds of the city centre. The size of the room wasn't so much an issue as the lack of storage options and small details that would have DRAMATICALLY improved the space. No hooks to be found for coats or towels which meant that our wet towels had to be draped over our luggage or the furniture. There was almost no storage and should be replaced with a chest of drawers to offer guests the ability to hide away a few items since there is not enough floor space to store your luggage, much less be constantly digging through your luggage to get a change of clothes. Lastly the housekeeping was standard, but with a space this small and for guests staying multiple days the floor should really be swept daily.

Coffee is great.

We loved the restaurant - the food was delicious and service was always great. Having breakfast there everyday was a fantastic way to start our days. The location was amazing - we loved exploring the neighbourhood. The room was nice, but very small (no where to put toiletries or suitcases, etc.) and felt damp most of the time.

Our overhead shower wasn't working so we had to shower down with a hand held shower in the bath. I meant to mention it to the staff but completely forgot to be honest and we managed well enough. Needs looking at though

Excellent breakfast, super location, very central but quiet.

The vibes and decor were very chic and fun. We loved the restaurant. The staff was very friendly. It was a super small room and an older property. Bathrooms were so small.
-
Breakfast was substantial and tasty served in a darling courtyard. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location.

Good location for walking to countless restaurants (they have an on-site restaurant and bar too) and easy walking to all. Of Rome's sites. great custom breakfast. Rooms are very small, intermittent AC, Only one working ice machine, could not always get ice for water bottles, but plenty of free cold fountains All over Rome if you have your own container.

Location! Very quiet and peaceful plus all staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast items were not varied enough.

The property was amazing! The staff was very kind, friendly and accomadating. My room was really beautiful and I loved it!!! The property is also very close to major tourist attractions and everything was at a walkable distance which was great I had trouble figuring out how to use the shower because the knob was confusing but once I did it was very nice!

The staff was absolutely lovely upon arrival at the Hotel, more of a bed and breakfast, but definitely worth every penny. The Rooms had nice high ceilings, comfortable beds and great AC. On top of that, it was spotless. Breakfast was great, not an open buffet style they still come around and treat it like a special meal. The location was also perfect, Trastevere is such a quaint and cute neighborhood with so much life still, and you’re super close to all the tourist attractions (travelled everywhere on foot). On top of that, we were given a welcome drink for our first evening! The bathrooms are very clean, however, just some practical issues with the Shower. Bit of a language barrier with the staff however, they are very accommodating and google translate fixes that with no issue!

Parties at the place

Do yourself a favour. Just don’t book this property. I thought how bad it could be, it was not just the place where you can enjoy your Rome holiday. There was no dedicated reception. Bar staff does check in-check out. No kettle in the room. No aircon remote in the room. Everytime we wanted the aircon temperature to be changed, I need to ask the staffs to change it for us…They host parties upstairs that is loud, and continue to go til 2AM…the staffs did try their best which we appreciate.

We had two rooms for our stay. There was no air conditioning at the time we were there. Our room was comfortable but the second room was on the warmer side. Fortunately - we could open the windows to let the air flow!
-
Good location and clean. When we got there AC wasn’t working. We asked for another room, they said all rooms were booked and when they couldn’t fix the AC and we said we couldn’t stay in a room without AC, we paid good money, a room became available when they said all were booked.

Breakfast amazing! Hotel is charming. Staff great. Maybe understaffed a little when it gets busy. There is a handrail going up a steep set of darkened stairs from the bottom floor to the upper rooms which is broken. That is an accident ready to happen. Stairs needed a good cleaning as someone may have dumped red wine on them.

Location

Staff is terrific! Location is good. Breakfast is good enough. Our room was a bit cramped, but not awful. The location could have been a nice tranquil spot, but another business/promoter uses the outdoor dining space and the rooftop for ***LOUD*** events that continue after midnight. If you like thumping EDM past midnight, with the occasional shout in the hallway, this is your place. But if you like to get to sleep before midnight, you'll probably be annoyed. When I complained to the hotel staff about it, they "explained" that it was a separate business so they could do nothing.
