Location, cleaness and price Staff not kind and very strictly doing just the minimum necessary.

There were ants on the floor — just a small piece of crisp dropped on the floor for a day was enough to attract them. We had to ask for more toilet paper, as only one roll had been provided in the room. At breakfast, knives weren't available in a separate container; instead, each guest had just one knife at their table. The waiters tried to collect the knives whenever a guest went to get more bread. We took knives from the neighbouring tables, and the waiters didn't notice to bring any knives at all to the new guests who arrived to these tables. There was also no napkin holder at breakfast. Each guest is given just one napkin and has to wipe their hands on their own tissues for the rest.

The room was very warm and the cooling could not be switched on. I had to sleep with the window open which was not ideal, noting loud noises and lack of privacy as the curtain doesn't cover the window properly when it is open.

Very nice breakfast. Really comfortable beds.

The reakfast was decent, and the shower had hot water. ​The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. ​We experienced several unacceptable issues: * ​Shower Head Mold: The shower heads in the bathroom were visibly covered in mold. * ​Unsanitary Switches and Sockets: The light switches and electrical sockets were extremely filthy, and appallingly sticky to the touch. The experience of simply turning lights on or off was so repulsive that we were forced to use plastic bags to operate the switches. *​ Complete Lack of Wi-Fi: There was no internet connection available throughout our entire stay. * Lack of Response from the staff, Etc.

Excellent breakfast! helpful staff ! clean room ! Good Restaurants and bars near by Its not in the middle of the city but a 25-30 Min walk.for our purpose of visit it was great, but if you are looking to be in the heart of Rome its a nit far

The location is great

Location is not bad I like it for the price. The hotel is old, yes it looks they did refurbished the place yet something like the lights buttons near bed it looks really bad scratched and old dated. The staff was rude when I said can you ask someone to pick up the luggage’s she says you do it .. then why do you have starts if you can’t reach the standards of the basic rules of the level of starts.

Location, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional. It was no fault of the property, but my neighbors were very loud both nights, talking very loudly, playing music until 5am, coming and going slamming doors, made it difficult to stay asleep

It was a 20 min walk from the colosseum and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It was also very close to a bus stop. The ac worked great and was awesome to come back to after a hot day in the summer sun. The breakfast was standard- eggs, bacon, coffee machine and variety of pastries. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable too. We had a rental car and the parking for the hotel was expensive.

There was a bus stop close by. The cleaning staff were friendly. Close to Termini. Breakfast was unsatisfactory - very dry. There was a very rude reception staff. Not welcoming, not understanding, and very impatient. Especially when you compare to his other staff members. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but, unfortunately, one person was able to taint our stay and make us extremely uncomfortable during our 3 nights there. Cleaning staff did not clean well, there were days they did not throw away the trash. I would also recommend giving out larger shampoo bottles, because the ones they give are not even fit for one person.

Good location, clean, efficient.

The hotel was modern , clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of choice, and the staff were very good. In the bar in the evening, we wanted to have a refreshment. There was no bar person to serve you, and all you could have was non alcoholic drinks.

The room was quite basic, but clean . Room cleaning everyday. Very nice staff. We could leave our luggage until late evening there. For the price given , it was more than ok Breakfast was same everyday.... Not very good for vegetarians...
