Good location , respectful and helpful staffs . Extremely small bathroom , you can’t bend inside to wash your leg ! No phone in the room , Dirty and few amenities. Very small room. Scary , small and weird elevator. City tax taken only in cash . No view in the room .

All the rest. No air condition, poor value for money

Location There was a dog in the morning barking in the lobby. They place luggage in corridor which is in the way to exit. Fire hazard

I liked the location which is close to the Roma Termini They had dirty used sheets, I tried to get new ones and their answer was we don’t have anyone to change them. Prior to that I had told them to change towels with hair in them.

The room was very small, and the price was too high compared to real hotels in the neighborhood. The shower was miniscule.

Convenient!!! Very close walk to Train/Metro station. A lot of restaurants, stores for snacks/water. It advertises a kitchen, however no pots, silverware, cups for use. If you are not expecting a noisy place than this is not for you. It was fine for me, as it is Rome, near Termini. So just come prepared!

Well appointed room, exceptional design on walls and wall paper in grand style of italy, kitchen equipped room on 2nd floor, quiet double glazed windows. So close to Termini, woman assistant guided me when i got lost due to jet lag. Breakfast was offered reasonable price. Lyft worked well, comfortable bed with quality linen. A welcomed space after a 24 hour trip from home in Hawaii. Fare bella figura. Life is Beautiful! Grazie mille Roma Wish my stay was longer.

Hotel Suite Caesar was a great choice for our stay in Rome. Its location near the train station made it an ideal base—not only for exploring the city but also for easy travel to and from other destinations. Our room was large and comfortably accommodated the three twin beds we had requested, which made it a great option for traveling together without feeling cramped. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it worked for our short stay. There is a very small check-in desk with a table or two for a quick breakfast however it is not a large sit down breakfast spot. The staff was great and stored our luggage without issue while we toured Rome before our flight. Overall, a convenient and comfortable spot, especially if you’re planning to use Rome as a hub for travel.

Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily recommend it. Nothing

    Location to Termini train station

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

The doorbell on the street does not work, good thing someone was going in that time.

Location! Close to Roma Termini train station but quiet enough from the mess Everything else. Small room, small bathroom, small shower stall. It’s always the same around this area. They show you pictures that are not the actual room you’ll be staying in.

    - PROS- It was super conveniently located - like less than a 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini. Exit Rome Termini at Via Marsala (one of the two with the huge video screens over the exit), turn right (towards all of the scooters) and Turn Left at the street with Hotel Mirage on the corner. It will be on the left side. When you arrive, press the buzzer for Hotel Suite Ceasar, tell them you have a reservation and they will buzz you in. Once registered, you will get the door code to let yourself in and out of the main exterior door, in addition to old school keys to the hotel’s main door and your room. There is a restaurant right next door, in addition to many shops and restaurants at Rome Termini and in the surrounding streets. The beds were comfortable. The AC nice and cool. They have a variety of water, beverages and snacks at reasonable prices available at their 24 hour desk and we felt comfortable coming and going at all hours. The woman working the front desk was super nice and hospitable. We got towels as needed no problem. Also, note: They will give you the code to the exterior door of the building. However, they neglected to tell us where the code box was located. We came back that night and didn't see it anywhere (as we were looking near where you buzz in) - only to have someone else walk up and show us that it's not near the box you buzz when you first are checking in to be let up. It's actually built into the door frame itself (on the right side). - CONS- Please be forewarned that they will ask you to pay the taxes in cash. Being as we hadn't planned on getting any Euros right away, it was a rather big inconvenience. Also, they kept propping the interior main door to the hotel open - which kind of defeated the purpose of having a secure door to the hotel in the first place. The way the hotel is set up is that it is on a floor of a multistoried building that has other hostels, etc. inside of it. There is a main door to the building and then each hotel, hostel, etc. has its own main entrance door on its floor. The main entrance door on its floor is the door they kept propping open. I will say ; however, that they DID close and lock it at night. The TV was problematic with the channels kept coming and going - however, we weren't in Rome to watch TV so it wasn't that big of a factor for us. The fridge also wasn't working when we arrived; however, a simple unplug and replug got it up and running again. There was also a lack of outlets. We had a 3 person room but had to share plug converters as only 2 outlets were open.
