Rome was extremely hot, but this hotel had amazing air conditioning which stayed on 24 hours a day and it was very quiet. They provided a free mini bar which was replenished every day, there was a free cold water and ice dispenser on the ground floor and top floor which was perfect for refilling water bottles before heading out in the heat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and finally the breakfast was delicious. There was a wide selection to choose from - cereals with lots of optional extras, lots of delicious fruit - fresh melon, watermelon, pineapple, mango, kiwi, plums, apple, bananas; there were cooked breakfasts that were different every day; lovely bakery items - croissants, breads, biscuits, donuts, cakes etc all delicious and a range of meats and smoked salmon. I wished I'd stayed longer!

Staff were so welcoming and attentive especially Natalia at reception. Great location - easy walk from Roma Termini with our luggage. Amazing breakfast buffet with huge selection of foods available. Natalia managed to organise an early breakfast for us before our departure for airport. Super comfy beds and clean room. Great value for money in a central location. Easy walk to all major attractions. We will be back!

Very happy with this hotel. Room was very comfortable (even though they self-rated it as Small, it was fine!). Bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever encountered in a hotel. Really like that they included all the drinks in the fridge in the room as part of the deal. It was extremely hot while we were in Rome, being able to just drink that ice cold water from the fridge was wonderful. Can't think of anything. Maybe if they had more hotels like this around, I would book them!

Nice location, good AC (much needed!) Beds uncomfortable While I appreciated the fact and we can do laundry in the hotel it was a rather weird set up where we needed tokens and had to purchase them from the desk and then go to the laundry room, but it didn’t directly deposited into the machines. It was on the side and extremely annoying and complicated.
