The apartment was nice to stay.

The place is located close to most of the significant attractions, metro station, shops, gelato and pizza spots. The host is very friendly, hospitable and always open to help. Also his English is very good (which is rare for most Italians).

Our stay was perfect. The location of the accommodation is excellent – everything important is within walking distance. The room was clean, cosy, and well-equipped. A big plus was the comfortable, non-sagging bed, which allowed us to rest wonderfully after a full day of exploring the city. The host, Luca, was extremely friendly and kind, offering us plenty of helpful advice and making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the smooth check-in and the pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to return on our next visit to Rome!

Right next to the metro line, 2 stops away from termini and other main attractions. Check-in done remotely and fairly straightforward. Little privacy in the rooms, the walls are very thin. The dirty waters system in the bathroom makes quite some noise when on, so if someone opens the water it can wake up everyone Overall not worth over 100 euros (city taxes excl!) per night that I was charged, in my opinion!

small but cute. The host is polite and caring. There was no shampoo. But they didn't say there was anyway.

First of all, Luca is a very nice host. Even though we didn't meet in real life, the communication was transparent and friendly. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive before 11 p.m. But by communicating well and clearly with Luca we were able to get into the apartment without much difficulty. The New York room is perfect because it's nice and clean, within a 1-minute walk of the Metro and a 17-minute walk to the Colosseum. The apartment is located on a busy road, but you get used to it quickly. And the bus stops right in front of the apartment, which is a plus. Someone in the apartment was renovating his house for a few days, but because we always left early to explore Rome, it didn't bother us that much. Altogether, we had a great time in Rome, due to the place of residence :)

Metro near by Everything

The host was very hospitable and helpful. It was clean. The location was perfect. It is very close to the metro station and you can easily reach the centre. Recommended.
-
The room was spacious, they have the breakfast basics, and it’s located near bus stops, a metro station, and major shrines like St John of Lateran, Holy Stairs, and Santa Croce. No toiletries except for the hand soap.

The room we stayed at (Tokyo) was spacious and clean. The host was very nice, provided us with useful tips about transportation from the airport and reacted incredibly quickly when we had an issue. Both check in and check out were easy. The location was great, you can easily walk to the Colosseum and there are two great gelato shops nearby.

We had a room Tokyo. The room was pretty clean, even the pot inside. The owner was really nice and he welcomed as with 2 bottles of water. The locality was nice, next to the metro and bus station.

Location was fabulous and host Luca couldn’t have been more helpful Bathroom toilet is a saniflow toilet and is extremely noisy at night other than that for the money was pretty good and location was spot on minute walk to metro and 10 mins from main tourist area of Rome and again same line for termini train station

Lucca is a great host with a great place to stay in Rome! In front of metro station close to termini.

Great location, few steps and you are in Saint Giovanni metro station. Room was clean and check in process was simple. Since we had morning til evening routine, we didn’t meet personally with owner and forgot to pay for tourists tax! Owner was really calm in that situation and let us send it later! Room was small and that was expected, but you don’t waste time in Rome lying down in the bed, so it’s totally fine.
