Very clean room in a great location, most tourist locations was within a 20 minute walk for us and only around 10 minutes from the train station. Very friendly staff as well! A few minor gripes, A/C wasn’t the strongest, small bathroom, and outdated key system.

Host was wonderful! Bed was comfy and room was clean. Location is between Roma termini and coliseum. Will be back to stay!

Nothing Basically everything. Before arriving we received a message stating that we were getting an upgraded room, with a private bathroom and they asked us to rate the stay a 10 before we even got there. Upon arrival we communicated when we would be there to store luggage’s and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to let us in. He then told us to come back at 2pm to check in, we came back after 2 and the cleaning service was still there and asked us to wait another hour. The “upgraded” bathroom was not connected to our room and did not lock from the outside so it was accessible to all guests (whether they used it or not it made us feel uncomfortable leaving any of our belongings around). Additionally when booking we choose a shared bathroom because of the limited rooms available however, every other room had a private attached bathroom, so the residence did not include any shared bathrooms and we would have been using that bathroom either way, so he asked for a high rating on an “upgrade” that wasn’t really an upgrade. The key was extremely difficult to use when getting into the room. Additionally there was a horrendous smell and a severe lack of air circulation making it extremely hot throughout the night. We were told we would have ac and a tv and neither remotes were in our room. As if this already wasn’t enough issues, after our first night there we woke up to some sort of rodent feces on the floor of the room (photo attached). We felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable, dirty and as if this was a safety concern. We ended up having to book another room in Rome for our second night in order to get away from this place. We spent our least amount of time in Rome and yet paid the most for our stays because of this place and we were told we cannot get any sort of refund for the night that we didn’t even stay!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS STAY.

The room was spacious and well equipped, fridge, extra pillows, nice closet, etc. It was spotless clean with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but efficient, with toiletries, and also very clean. 10 min walk to Termini. N/A

The property was amazing. Location was convenient to explore the City?10mins.walk going to Colosseum.Room are clean, bed are comfortable and complete amenities. Host are approachable and so kind(Thank you sir's)?And good thing they are offer for shuttle from airport to property with comportable Mercedes Benz?

The location was good, near a metro line and walking distance from the train station, if not very close to the big tourist attractions. The room was clean and bright, with a window onto the street. The nearby corner bar is a great place for coffee in the morning and seems to be very popular with locals at night for beer and pizza. The room's door lock is difficult to use. I always had a lot of trouble locking and unlocking it. The bathroom sink is tiny and the mirror's placement made it very difficult to lean over to wash your face.

Some guests in other rooms make a lot of noise when getting in our out.

The room was equipped with an air conditioner and it was close to both the Roma termini and the centro storico.

forgot my money there. When I contacted them, I sent them my account number for the refund. They admitted that they found the money in my room, but they still haven’t refunded me

The smell was too strong, as if there were too much essence or chemicals~made it extremely uncomfortable, abit noisy and room was a bit small

I inadvertently booked a room with a shared bathroom and they noticed and upgraded me to private bath at no charge! Very nice!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay at Kambal B&B. Although, I accidentally booked for one adult instead of two, the host was incredibly accommodating and handled it without any issue. The hotel is conveniently located close to major travel links, and the amenities were excellent—clean, comfortable rooms and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was genuinely helpful and welcoming throughout. Highly recommended.

The room is very cleaned and comfy. You had everything you need which is a comfortable bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, a tv. I especially booked this room for the location because is pretty close to everything. And having that in mind, it is affordable based on the location. You have Metro Station at 2-3 minutes walk, Colosseum is 10-15 minutes walk which is great and you can see it at night because property is so close to it. Mini supermarket next to your door, great pizza in the corner at the Pizza Aglio, bunch of restaurants reachable by few minutes walk. Staff is friendly and there to help and accommodate to your needs. Which is a thumbs up! I enjoyed my stay. Thank you Kambal!

The location was perfect for us - being within walking distance of the Colosseum and other sights, as well as being a short walk from Central Station for transportation - Rail, Metro & Bus (especially to & from Airport). It was clean and tidy and suited our stay just nicely. The shower stall was on the small side and our room was directly above the front entry gate to the building, so we encountered a lot of noise from people coming and going & them just letting the gate - as well as internal staircase gate - being let go to slam shut. I realise this is a residential area - but it doesn’t take much to think of people sleeping at night and thereby control the closing of the gates.
