Breakfast was really good and the people at the restaurant where we picked it up were nice. The person who met us and let us in gave us good instructions, including precautions when in Rome. The bed wasn't great. I had asked to confirm it was a queen size, not 2 twins and they said it was a queen. The bed was 2 twin beds pushed together, which is not the same, as the edge of mattresses are harder. The mattresses were also not very soft, as there wasn't much padding on top of the springs. If they're going to use 2 twin mattresses as a queen, putting a foam topper on it would make it much better. There is some street noise. It wasn't excessive, but we could definitely hear some yelling, motorbikes, sirens, etc. The shower head was badly scaled and sprayed all over. We waited about 10 minutes on the street out front for the person to come let us in, even though we had been keeping them updated where we were, and they were at a business 100 yards away.

Location to the Vatican and bathroom. It felt like an old boarding house that was not well maintained. Furniture was old. Walls needed to be painted. Electrical plugs were old and burnt out my cpap machine.
-
Excellent location if you want to be near St Peter’s Square. You can see the arch entrance on the street from the outside of the property. And the metro is within a 1-min walk. Elevator worked inconsistently. We didn’t want to take our chances so we walked up/down 5 flights.

Location, location , location. Very close - less than a block- to Ottavino metro station . Many shops and coffee shops near by. Ottavino runs directly into the Vatican so you are close by all things Vatican . A little confusing on how to enter and access building but that was quickly sorted out.

Breakfast was so good we changed plans just to eat there one more time. Room was too small and very dusty. Elevator often wouldn't work (and it was 4 floors up)

Location was excellent There was no front desk to ask questions but owner met us at the door and was very helpful when we checked in.

It is very well located, a few steps away from Vatican Museums and San Pietro, 5 minutes from metro station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned daily and the administrator helped us alot.
-
Nice place to stay within walking distance from Metro and Vatican City. Recommended for all Jubilee pilgrimages.

High ceilings, electric sockets on each side of the bed with bed side lamps and drawers, cleaned everyday, new toilet paper everyday, new towels everyday, good size for the room, view of the outside, breakfast at Mozart cafe, location near the Vatican, free common use of kettle and other things, dramatic door, bidet, cute apartment ran like a bed and breakfast with breakfast literally outside the streets in another cafe, and lots of stores nearby. Dull color of curtains and bedsheets, bed that is just joined into two to make it bigger but separates many times, vinegar smell of the clean towels, only bath wash available, scent of the bath wash, neighbors who forget to close the door to the elevator hence no one can use the elevator, short talks with host (felt distant), sound from outside door can be heard inside room, and locks need a lot of experience to get used too.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable Nothing

There could have been a little more counter space in the bathroom. If you are going to give me shower gel, please give me a wash cloth, cause otherwise I waste alot of shower gel. The bed was harder than we are use to, but we sleep on 2 inches of memory foam for achy joints

The location is great close to a lot of cute places to see, if you planning on going to the vatican area or not is a great area to stay, not that far from the main train station, everyhing is great, the breakfast included in the little cafeteria close by, also metro station at 2 blocks. the fridge in the room helps a lot and they have a coffe table to share with the other rooms I would just take better care of the cleaning floor is very dusty at the bottom of the bed and bed sheets are kind of old but over all is great

Location so close to station, plenty of space, great kitchen Slightly noisy

Very good location , cozy and pretty apartment The host Daniela was quite rude (we communicated over WhatsApp)

Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, treats in the kitchen! There happened to be construction on the street but a great neighborhood. Excellent restaurant on the corner recommended by the property mgr. We just had struggles with the elevator and door lock but it’s a new thing for us.

Very close to St. Peter's and all the Vatican sites. Very close to Ottaviano metro station. The elevator really came in handy. The staff was responsive and kind. They even serviced the room during our stay. The air conditioner worked well too. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it had a nice bathroom and the beds were fine.
