They had a very unique style and was very clean. Staff was very friendly as well!

The room and the property were cleaned and the staff was extremely helpful. Close to the attractions and to the train station, good restaurants around it.

They didn’t give us breakfast. They said Booking.com doesn’t provide breakfast. The rooms are large Plumbing needs to be worked on The bathtub flooded Cupholder in the room broke there were no tissue boxes The bed is smaller than the frame which makes you hit it often Some of the mattresses are not comfortable And most of all they said breakfast is not included although the two rooms with breakfast online Last but they had the coffee and when I took a toast, someone who’s there checking in people made it clear that we didn’t pay for breakfast

Noise from water system cycled every 10-15 minutes, all night long. No sleep!

Location was great! Near the sights we wanted to see. Felt safe! Spacious, not cramped. Loved the owners/workers!! So kind and helpful with all our needs! A little confusing at first - mostly because we were new to Rome. I should have read my directions a little bit better!!!

Definitely a different experience. A learning curve getting to room but the staff was helpful. Quick stay. Comfortable.

We loved the location, very walkable to most attractions, the buses and train, with great restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We loved the view from the window toward the library. We loved the good size of the room and good sized bathroom. The woman cleaning rooms was very helpful and kind as well. The bed we had was extremely firm and quite uncomfortable. We prefer a firm bed but this was a bit too much. Also, the WiFi didn’t work well in our room. It worked well in the lobby, though.

The location was good. Walking distance to some tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants and markets near by. Even the train station is 10 minutes walk. The bedroom was clean and we had everything we needed, including a good AC.

Good location. Close to restaurants, cafes and markets. 20 minutes walk from several attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. 10 minutes walk from the train terminal. The room was clean, and by the standards of hotels in Italy the size was quite decent. It offers breakfast for 8 euros, which we never had. But there are still quite a few cafes in the area that open early for a quick and very Italian breakfast. The area is quite quiet, but with everything a traveler can need.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Great position and lovely large room with great view down onto the piazza! Our hostess was very kind and helpful. The bed was quite firm but didn’t stop us from sleeping well.

As an older person they did not let people know how they check in works. And this they have to do. I am nearly 84 years and can not see well when dark. To complicated. Otherwise room was clean and the young Iranian girl who picked me up. I have lived in Rome for many years and know places close to this place. Otherwise very difficult

Poor

The location is an ideal place to do your tour in Roma,especially if you don’t have a car. There is 10’ away bus and metro station and lots of good and cheap restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the manager was very kind with us,helpful and sociable. Highly recommended In the fridge there was food from the previous customers. the pillows and bed mattress were not that soft and comfortable and the temperature was high enough to sleep at night
