I really wish there was a shelf in shower to hold any supplies. Shower door was a little broken, some water damage shower some age on floor and trim.. but felt all was still clean

Bathroom towels not changed even when housekeeping came to make beds. There was not enough toilet paper. Room door Key is hard to figure out to open and lock door.

No service Location

rooms was nice however in the basement which we were not informed when booked - advised they have different rooms and they would move us but never did room in the basement

Five minutes walk from the Metro & another metro station also close by. A supermarket was only several doors down, so we were able to buy fresh local products & gifts. Close to the Vatican. So many local bars & restaurants to choose from. Choose several which were great & good value.

A doable walk to the metro. The room was clean. We were greeted by staff and she was very helpful with info on surrounding areas. We were able to store our bags before checkin and again before we left Rome, very helpful. The walls were very thin and other guests were easily heard. We were on a lower level and the window was at sidewalk level—again very noisy. The front room area for gathering, had an unpleasant smell.

Very good location. Basically 500m from Vatican gate. Lots of good places where to eat and have groceries if one wanted. Inside was clean and comfortable. Also see my comment below. The camera had no bathroom window and poor, to no ventilation. Because it was at a half ground level, there was a constant moisture in the air to the point where clothes in the room felt humid when touched. Also this moist was accompanied by a certain smell.

No breakfast at the property. The room is clean & comfortable. The area is near the shops, restaurant & Vatican. Restroom/ shower is a little tight.

AVOID!!!!! The owner is a liar and false advertises rooms. Booking has confirmed this, and I have received a voucher due to the bad business practices of this property! I prepaid for a 2 bed room, and when i arrived the owner requested more money to receive the room i had already paid for and reserved. He placed us in a 1 bedroom. The owner also tried to make me cancel my booking reservation and pay him directly and cut out Booking so he could make more profit and avoid the booking fee. The owner also cursed at me on the phone when I confronted him about the false advertising. Take your business elsewhere, somewhere that will value you and treat you better than here! Matress had multiple yellow stains.

The location was great. the Wifi did not work well.

The location and the price were really good, you get a bed and a fridge which is all that is really needed. There’s a desk too and also a TV but it’s in Italian so not much use. It was very cold and we found out that it’s because one of the panes in the window was plastic, letting all the cold air in and we had to sleep with layers and hoodies on.

The shower was very small and had only a very small soap.

Disappointing

The kindness of the staff in the whole period hosted in the hotel. The neighbourhood has been so nice and safe. The room was beautiful. The bed could be more comfortable, we sank in the edges of it while we were sleeping. On the other hand, the process of the early checking it seems a scam .. as a recommendation, don’t send link via booking for pay if this platform have our credit cards details (It hasn’t a problem to do the check in in reception and pay there, just a tip to improve the service, as my humble opinion)

It is a good place with an excellent location near the Vatican City and a connection to the metro and bus. The cost ratio is also very convenient. It was small, they cleaned the room but only superficially, not really clean. The really bad thing was the noise. It was really loud from the hallway and lobby. Don't choose a room near the street because it is very noisy, you can hear people walking near the building.
