Quality has significantly decreased since my last stay. I was very disappointed. Quality has significantly decreased since my last stay. I was very disappointed.

Nothing - Unsafe location, see thru unsecure lock, paint falling off walls, difficult to find. Run down entry door would not open. Walk up, no elevator. Overpriced. No refund when canceled. Did not stay. Pictures on request.

I dont like

The place was good, it was clean and check-in was easy. It’s in a very good location, near Termini. One thing to note is that the room door had a noticeable gap at the bottom, so voices and sounds could be heard from the hallway. This reduced privacy a bit.

Location was great and there were nice shops within walking distance. Great food around too. Getting to the floor was difficult (confusing) and with bags it was hard.

Check-in was late, there was no possibility to leave luggage or just wait for the check-in somewhere nearby, we were sitting on the stairs of the building for two hours

The receptionist and the location to the train station The toilet and shower smelt horrible, I refused to shower because of the smell. The bathroom floor was always soaking wet somehow. The bed was uncomfortable. There was air con but no way of using it, so I was freezing every night. I received a message and hour before check in time that the room was steady and I can check in, but once I get there I was told to come back at 1 (the original check in time), then half an hour later I was told again that it ready for check in. At night all I can here is the front door slamming shut over and over. I get it was one of the cheaper hotel options I picked but it still shouldn't be the price I paid

The hotel’s location was perfect for my journey. It’s really close to Termini and you can easily go from the hotel to every place you like. The staff was really kind and helpful.

Near station and late night restaurant. Small but decent room, lighting, facilities and bed. Snoring in room next door.
