The air conditioning was fantastic, room was clean and quite spacious. A little farther away from attraction points, and it lacked signage I didn't know how to access the hotel or even what floor it was on. The elevator was also very old and clearly a point of contention for shared establishments in the same building

Very clean, helpful staff, great location

The room was clean and specious

Beds and loud noise in hallways

Great location close to Borghese Gardens, but not in the main tourist zones. Staff very friendly. Quiet at night too. Lots of restaurants in the area with vegan options! The bed was too hard for me, but everyone has preferences. The wifi in my corner room (#16) was very weak and would drop a lot. Still worked ok for planning, I didn't come to Rome to sit in my room anyway!

Great staff! Rooms very comfortable. Everything was great Maybe better instructions to get to the hotel. Hotel door can be difficult to spot since it is a normal building

No negative points

They don't have a very hard and strict guideline it's conferrable Secondly I personally found it to be very helpful to my assigned places I need I mean it was closer and easier to all corners and The bed was very comfortable and clean this is one of my first choices when I want to come to Rome. Its price is our measure without ink. It's the kind of price it deserves with its wonderful behavior and serve It is not expensive and it is not shameful by any means. What I didn't like was one and that one is the telephone reception for me I try to reach them it doesn't work for me. Maybe I don't know how to use it or if it has a problem. All the days I have been there it doesn't work out for me. That's all that I found a problem

I loved how clean, cozy, and well-organized the place was. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It really made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and everything was well taken care of. The whole experience felt easy and pleasant from start to finish. A special thank you to Deepak, who was extremely helpful. He kindly guided me on how to take the bus and train to the airport, which made our trip so much easier.

Everything was great — the room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was friendly, good AC, clean, and close to the bus stop. The bathroom had a strange smell and the toilet kept running. Also, the room color was too dark.

The hotel walls need to be painted. And renewal internally to have attractiveness to customers. And the lights. Most importantly, the identification of the hotel name sign and bell button is confusing and I would like it to be visible and simple

I liked that the property was in a safe area and the hotel room was always clean. The only thing I did not like was that there was a lot of noise at night from the bar next door.
-
Super small TV and noisy hallway.
-
Clean room. Reasonably comfortable bed. All very basic. Feels like expanded B&B

I woke up in room A with insects all over my bed, probably bed bugs. Disgusting experience.

The room I stayed in was next to the reception desk. Room 24. I paid extra to upgrade to a superior room. That was a big mistake. First impression, nice airy room, but then the bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom hit my nose. Disgusting! The room smells, and they have tried to mask it with plug-in air freshers, but it was making it smell sickly instead. I kept opening the window before I went out, and they obviously went into the room every time i left as it was closed every time I went back. The room was so hot also, which made the smell even harder to tolerate! Because of where the room is located. I got no sleep for the two nights. The first night was bad enough that I was very tired the next day and really hadn't the energy to do much sightseeing. So, I decided to try and rest through the day, but it was impossible. There's the noise from the printer, the doorbell, the staff chatting ? the other patrons, the flooring was ridiculously loud, people coming in people leaving, the noise was constant until 4 am. I am so exhausted ? it is horrible. Every time I dropped off to sleep. I was woken up again. The staff are nice and very helpful. When I told the porter that I hadn't slept at all because of the noise, all he said was, "Oh! Rang a taxi for me and offered me a coffee. I honestly wish I had stayed somewhere else, but maybe the other rooms are better. It is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and fresh towels. It's in a good location also.

Bathroom was okay We found a bed bug, got moved to a new room which had sheets and towels folded up but a bunch of random garbage left behind on the table (empty water bottles, cardboard, receipts etc). Not worth it

Clean and in a good location.
