The staff was really nice, helpful, and fluently speaking in english. I had to stay in Rome for another night really last minute, and they accomodate me - I'm very grateful. The apartment was really clean and the beds were super comfortable. Provided breakfast was more of a sweet treat but it was perfect.

Breakfast was provided, even though I am not a breakfast person. The fact that my stay was short term, the place is just wonderful and sparkling clean.

I travel very frequently and have visited more than 20 countries, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I made this booking several months in advance and clearly communicated my arrival time. During our initial communication, the host explicitly confirmed in writing that we could leave our luggage at 11:00. However, a few days before arrival, when I reminded him that we would be arriving early and wanted to leave our luggage as agreed, he suddenly refused. At that point, after the free cancellation period had already passed, he said check-in was only from 14:00 and suggested that I cancel the booking instead. This felt like an attempt to force me into a paid cancellation, which is completely unacceptable. After I requested a free cancellation through the platform, the host stopped responding entirely and ignored all messages. On the day of arrival, I still had not received any check-in instructions. Despite multiple attempts to contact both the host and customer support, nothing happened until check-in time had already passed. Only after intervention from support did the host respond, and I finally received instructions well after 15:00, long after the official check-in time. This caused a lot of stress and uncertainty. The apartment itself was also very disappointing: • The room was extremely cold, and there were no blankets provided. I had to cover myself with towels to sleep. • The heating stopped working whenever hot water was used. • The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, causing back pain. • Cleanliness was poor. • The host entered the room wearing shoes and was doing repairs in the bathroom during our stay. • The room was next to a shared kitchen, and the noise level was very high, other guests were loud, and it was impossible to sleep. • Breakfast was minimal and consisted mostly of dry snacks. Overall, the experience was extremely stressful, uncomfortable, and far below any reasonable standard.

The place is cheap so I didnt expect much and just needed a shower and to sleep so it was fine. It was very clean and the room is spacious. The bed was like a wooden plank. I think there was some kind of cardboard inserted into the top. No card facilites so had make arrangements with cash which is not ideal.
