Love that our room was right by the kitchen area. Also they were very helpful when we needed a place for our luggage before our transfer to the terminal then airport. It was great to have a place to sit while we waited to leave. They were very nice Dan greeted us so nicely, carrying my luggage upstairs to help us, and offered me some cold water that was much needed. Our room was very nice and it was also nice to read about the history of this place as well. Breakfast my husband loved, I didn’t have any. The front walk area outside was dirty. I was a little concerned about what the inside was going to be like. Thankfully it was great. There was a little mold starting in the shower this can be solved with some Clorox cleanup or comit. Maybe vinegar?

Center of the attractions Entire Rome is old constructions. I prefer the owner of the property should be polite to the customers.

Refrigerator in the room 6. The breakfast was a standard Italian version (coffee/espresso or juice with a cornetto, sweet bread, & a few fruits). It was good! Would have been nice if yogurt was also an option, but alas... 1. Not replenishing towels (you may have to pay extra for getting fresh towels upon request). For the current room price, this seems like something that should be built into the rate.

The breakfast was sparse. Fruit offered was old... only wrinkled apples and oranges available. We had to buy our own fruit from the vendor around the corner. Location was great, though very lively and loud at night. Good soundproof windows helped alot!

Great location (right next to botanical gardens, downhill from Spanish embassy). They let me in early. To lock the door you had to push on the handle. If you flush the toilet, the water kept running till you press the button a couple more times. The WIFI was unstable. But once you figured it out,

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with many restaurant choices. The hotel is nice and clean. Special shout-out for the gentleman who manage the hotel operation, very nice and extremely helpful. None

We loved the outside area and the pool, and the views were beautiful! The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and informative! The bathroom was exceptional! There was nothing we didn't like.

Location The staff was not good, the bedroom smells like cigars very strong. I made a reservation for 3 and I only had one bed with sheets. Also the toilet didn’t work properly… I saw the toilet issue in another comment but I assumed that was fixed but it turn out that the toilet still not flushing …

Thé person charged on breakfast and cleaning This was the worst staying experience I have ever had. The owner of the place is a dishonest and unreliable person determined to take advantage of the guests in any way possible Check-in: Under no circumstances should you request a digital check-in because he will charge you 50 euros when in fact he is not at the place at all and will inform you at the last minute that the check-in is unusually digital and therefore he does not ask you to pay the 50 euros. Don't believe the data and the photos: I ordered a 25 square meter room and got a 15 square meter room including the bathroom. The room is dark and really unpleasant and apart from lying on the bed you can't really be in it. Does the bathroom in the photo look spacious? In practice, it's a narrow corridor that you can barely walk through, the shower is not comfortable, you have to wait fifteen minutes for hot water and it's either boiling or lukewarm-cold, you need the hand of a surgeon to aim for a temperature that won't burn or freeze. and play with it all the time Want to watch TV? You will have to lie diagonally because the screen is not facing the bed. The tiny window in the room faces the courtyard of a pizzeria. Don't think about going to bed early. If you ask the owner of the place to address your claims, he will at best ignore you or make sure to give you the feeling that you are petty and everyone except you is very satisfied (maybe that's why the place has such a low rating...) in short, a tourist’s trap . The only bright spot of the place is the employee who is responsible for the breakfast (poor) and airing the rooms who does his best.

Close to center. Bed was terrible, uncomfortable and very painful. Some rooms open directly to lobby.

Location We had issues immediately. Everything for checking and communication was done through WhatsApp. Upon arrival our air conditioning was not working properly. I messaged through WhatsApp with no response. We left the room for a few hours for dinner and when we came back there were small bugs on the bed and the air conditioner was still not working. I messaged again about the bugs and the air conditioning, I even included pictures. The only response I got was about the air conditioning and to repeatedly click a button on the remote. It was 100° during our visit. We went to take showers the first night and had no hot water. Again I messaged with no response. I repeatedly messaged about the bugs and no hot water throughout the weekend with no response. I don't believe that there are any actual people on site running the hotel.

The coffee and breakfast were excellent.

Location is excellent, if we visit Rome again we'll stay in the same area (Trastevere). Had to walk three blocks from the main office to where we were staying, on cobblestone streets, hauling & rolling all of our luggage after 8 hour flight, with no assistance whatsoever from the host. Just bad form. If we had known, we would have been prepared for this, but had no idea. Once arriving at the room, WIFI did NOT work. Reached out to the landlord immediately after troubleshooting it myself (I'm an IT guy) but NEVER heard back from them. Especially an issue because we had just arrived from the US and we needed WIFI to get our phones switched over to the local provider. MAJOR issue that was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the host. In addition, several electrical outlets simply did not work (yes, checked all the switches, not switched) which was just inconvenient. An additional inconvenience was that several lights were not working, including the single light in the shower. Again, not a huge deal, just sloppiness and lack of care but disappointing nevertheless. Finally, bathroom water heater had been installed but never finished so big chunk of wall missing with pipes exposed. Again, not a super-huge deal but, with the other issues, showed a general lack of attention. Noticed I didn't see a picture of this in the promotional shots of the room (I included a picture here). Once again, alone, not that big of a deal but with all of the other big & little issues, a real letdown. Overall, very frustrating first experience in Italy for us and very, very glad we only stayed two nights. By the way, every single other place we stayed during our two week trip to Italy was fantastic!!

The property is in an area that has a very busy night life so you can hear people outside well past 2 am. We were at the property for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned one time. There really wasn't a good reason for that most days we were gone for the whole day only returning at bedtime. This was a very walkable location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby and about 30 minutes walk to most historic sites. We had an issue with the water not being warm the first day but the property responded within a few hours and sent someone to address the issue. Our schedule only allowed for us to get breakfast one morning of our stay and it was pretty basic, croissant and coffee/cappuccino or juice. The property is only staffed for breakfast and check in time period.

Breakfast was a simple but tasty selection of pastries, fruit and yogurt as well as a full coffee and juice bar - staff was very friendly. Rooms and linens were exceptionally clean and well-taken care of. Location was right in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with no shortage of good restaurants, bars and cafes and easy access to the rest of Rome Communication leading up to check-in was difficult and inconsistent, and we weren't aware that one of the units we'd booked was a couple of blocks removed from the main lodging. The separate unit was right above one of the noisier night-spots in the neighborhood, which wasn't too bad during the week but was noisy on the weekends. WiFi connectivity was spotty / non existent depending on the unit.

Location. Guy who served breakfast was very efficient. Didn't find out that "2 bedroom apartment" was 200m down the road from the main block until a day or so before arrival & after payment had been taken. "deluxe apartment" not accurate as decoration very tired. "Terrace" didn't exist. Breakfast states "a la carte", not sure cereal/toast or croissant/yoghurt/cake meets that aspiration. Shower flow was weak.

Good location… nice staff Bed wasn’t comfortable.. it was dipped in middle so both of us rolled into center.

If you open the kitchen gas line and left it open you arrived with the whole kitchen smelling like gas.
