I wanted to share my amazing experience staying in Rome at this wonderful place. It is exceptionally nice, clean, and well-organized, offering great service and excellent amenities. The accommodations are highly comfortable and in a prime location, with a metro station and numerous restaurants just steps away from the building. Additionally, you can find fantastic dining options and high-end shopping on the very next street. I highly recommend it—don't think twice about staying here. Everything was great

Transportation is super convenient too; there’s a metro station and bus stops right downstairs. The room facilities are great, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I’m totally satisfied, and I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.

I liked the welcoming, the kind staff the room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Irina was very nice and helpful.

Great central location right next to the metro, easy to get to Central Termini!! Super clean and stylish room, would definitely recommend for the price. Irina was super helpful and got us into the room early! A/C turns off sometimes in the middle of the night.

I loved this location. Everything was so clean, staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed the location and how close everything was. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very nice. A nice touch with the free bottle of wine.

The rom was large, thr bed was huge, the blankets were comfy. That building was old and beautiful. There was an elevator that made everything with luggage easier. The house keeping and property manager were incredibly accommodating when my daughter and I arrived early from all day and all night travel. So nice, wonderful! This area was not the most tourist heavy area which was good and bad. Not so many restaurants but also no tourist traps.

Residenze Serventi Longhi is a gem in Rome. We arrived at around 11am after disembark from our cruise boat on a very hot summer day. Matteo met us at the hotel with a big smile and generously let us check in early in a beautiful room #10 already prepared. He told us how everything worked in the hotel and even gave us the door keys so we can leave our four suitcases after checking out. Matteo also sent a list of attraction and restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp. There were cold bottled water in the fridge, and coffee, tea, cookies, and a bottle of wine on the table. So the check-in was really great. Our room was large even by American standards and had a beautiful view of Porta San Giovanni (16th century), a gate in the Aurelian Wall (3rd century) with the grand Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano (oldest basilica in the western world) high over the wall. The room had a large bathroom and the best shower. The air conditioning worked very well in the heatwave. The pretty marble and wood interior building was secure with a couple layers of locked doors. The location of the Residenze is great. Close to all the major sites and public transports. San Giovani metro station was just under our widow, and another station two minutes walk away with an elevator entrance. We came with a taxi but left for the airport using the metro and train, all went pretty smoothly. Google will give you the exact instructions. The area is safe with a good mixture of locals and tourists. It has many good restaurants within a few minutes walking. It is a 15mins walk to the Colosseum (will pass the tallest Egyptian obelisk in Rome, carved during the 15th century BC for Pharaohs Thutmose III and Thutmose IV). We walked to the Colosseum after 8PM and walked to sites and plazas till midnight and took the bus back, and it was easy and safe. Definitely will stay again when we are in Rome. Nothing

Amazing place to stay that is at an amazing location. Right outside the hotel is the metro, which allows for easy travel. Great attentiveness and always felt right at home. Room is very comfortable, AC is provided, and cleaning services are preformed every day.

The environment is very good, service is excellent, the view from the window is amazing! Very convenient location with 3 minutes walk to the metro station.

The rooms had ample space for my family and I. The balcony had a great view and the room was cleaned well every day.

Great location! St Giovanni Sq. The metro was next to the building. Easy access to restaurants, shops even laundry mat. Staff were super nice and helpful! The manager responded immediately to every need. Highly recommended! No laundry services on site.

Spacious, elevator available, location was close to attractions. Friendly staff. - for breakfast they gave coupon for a cafe that allows just one cold croissant and cup of coffee. They should not advertise if there is breakfast on the premises. I felt that was a bummer and felt cheated. I would not go back just for this reason.

The hotel is part of an old building - simply beautiful. Our room had 2 balconies . The location was right next to the train station (subway ). Iryna was very helpful with questions we had !

Everything was so good, probably we would like to stay again. Thank you for everything Nothing
