A great place for a short stay in Rome. Everything was well organised, the room was comfortable and the property had a welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated how easy it was to get around from the location. A pleasant experience overall, and a place we would happily recommend.

Convince, clean and air conditioned.

pretty room, has a coffee machine, fridge, air conditioner, provides toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, slippers. our room even had balcony. very close to the train station. we had a problem with opening the door but the staff was very helpful. when we woke up we saw 2 bedbugs inside our room and we were bitten during the night. if it wasnt for them i would've given 10/10

The accommodation was very rewarding. The room is received was very spacious. Even though it was meant for 3 people. I felt that i got what I deserved. The shower pressure was great. The air conditioner was a plus. I got the whole room to myself. Service was amazing. A few things that probably need to be addressed. Leaky shower - not sure where it is coming from inside the shower. Everything looked sealed from the inside (possibly around the shower handle). Coffee counter - I was making an espresso but it overflowed. The coffee cups do not fit in the lavaazo espresso maker so I highly recommend replacing them to avoid a coffee spill. I cleaned it up afterwards today.

Location

Not the safest and cleanest outside of the hotel building. I suggest you bring your toiletries.

Clean and good price The hassle of checking-in. It took us a long time to be buzzed-in.

Location isn't good very far

Even though it’s not in a premium location, it’s very convenient and lively, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and close to the Colosseum and Termini station. The Monti area and other important landmarks in Rome are also nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with nice touches like slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush - just like in higher-end hotels. It was tidy and partly renovated, offering great value for the price. Generally okay - nothing major to point out, and overall good value for the price.

The location is convenient, approximately 10 to 15 minute walk from main train station. Steps to the subway. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff came in daily to replenish our towels and remove the garbage There were several times we were unable to get into the building by using the doorbell. The hotel is embedded in a residential apartment building. We were let in on a few occasions by permanent residents as they were coming in and out. There was one night I had pressed the buzzer several times with no response. In the evening, there are several homeless people who sleep outside the door of the building. There were two gentlemen who were asking us for money, and one seemed impaired. I had to message the host through thebooking.com to finally get access into the building. Also, if you are looking for a quiet or peaceful stay, this is not the place. We stayed 3 nights and each morning starting at 0630 there is banging and yelling amongst the staff. The hotel is very small and rooms are close together. It seemed fairly disrespectful how loud they would talk amongst each other knowing people were likely sleeping.
