When staying there you have to take into account that it isn't super close to the center.

The room was tidy and easy to reach. It is in a good location and easy walk to the station. Room was large and the garden beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast could have been better. Would have been good if pastries and croissants were fresh rather than packaged. The fruit and yoghurt was good.

Super great host. Very helpful and thoughtful, gives advice on how to get around. Speaks English:) Our plane landed early in the morning, we had checked in at 2 a.m. but there was no problem for the host. The room was cozy, very warm :) Metro stop is not far from the place so you can reach the city center easily. None

The host was very friendly and supportive, Marco helped us with everything we needed. The location is close to the Metro and Tiburtina Station, there are some markets around and restaurants. The garden was very nice and quiet, the perfect location for the morning coffee.

If you’re looking for something decent with great price, nice location, 10 minutes walk to Tiburtina, great, Marco was very friendly and helpful, we had problem with AC and It was 11 PM and he came very quickly and repaired it. Great customer service, great breakfast although It was packed but still very good. Thank you ?

Good air conditioning (which was very welcomed during the heat wave), lovely garden space as the image shows, comfy and spatious bed and room. We made good use of the nespresso machine. The host was prompt in replying and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious - pastry, fruit and yoghurt. The location is not central, but that was what we wanted - an authentic Rome neighbourhood that is very well connected to both train and metro via the Tiburtina station. It was also very quiet, with plenty of opportunities nearby for a low-key, delicious and fairly priced dinner. We lacked for nothing there and will definitely return to stay there on our next visit to Rome. Thank you! Nothing
