Clean and great location
-
Close to metro and Vatican and places to eat and shop. It also had a lift that was helpful for transporting luggage The AC was not the best- there was a heat wave and the room barely cooled off.

Check in was a little confusing
-
I will say, it was a little confusing to find. However, the staff was very responsive so we were able to find it quickly.

Location , very cosy and the beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning was working like a charm and the room was really clean.
-
The rooms were very clean and easy to access i was so impressed with how quickly the staff replied and the best part was when we checked out they kindly let’s us keep our luggage there until we departed later that day with no charge! I would absolutley stay here again!
-
The room was clean and it was close to Saint Peter‘s Basilica. Our Wi-Fi was very spotty! Most of the time we were not able to get Wi-Fi. When you’re on vacation, you really depend on Wifi. Also, the water pressure was very, very low.

Best hotel I visited in Italy; 11/10

The location was excellent
-
Beautiful room great location very clean.
-
It was a good room, and the shared space was helpful. The key app was a problem. It disconnected from the room lock, so only one person could enter the room using the key.
-
Staff was non-responsive to communication and there were no amenities in the room except for towels. The elevator was impossible andy daughters got stuck and had to figure out how to get out. There was no way to communicate with staff and get instructions. Staff did not know when we were checking out as cleaning crew was asking us to vacate one day before we were to leave.

Marina absolutely MAKES this property!! She greeted us and went over so many helpful tips for the area. She even arranged our early 6 am pickup for the airport. Marina is a TRUE JEWEL! She was available at the property or by text with any questions we had throughout our stay. The location was INCREDIBLE!! We stayed here after a cruise and the wonderful location allowed us to complete our sightseeing of The Vatican area. There are tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment right out the door. We were in room #4, so I don't know if the showers in the other rooms are more safe or not. The size and comfort of the room were good, but the bathroom DESPARATELY needs some work, particularly the shower. The shower is extremely small and is missing lots of tile. It also has a very concerning degree of mold growing on the shower floor and walls. A wooden grate has been placed on the floor to attempt to cover some of the missing tile. It doesn't do the job. That grate feels very weak and unstable and seems like it can break at any moment. The shower doors are some kind of flimsy acrylic. If one fell in that shower, I shudder to think what would happen. For the record, my husband and I are small people. I cannot imagine a 200 pound plus person being able to use that shower at all. It appears the sink and toilet have been somewhat updated, but that shower needs attention quickly. The mini-split air conditioner did not cool very well either. Fortunately, it was only in the low 80's when we were there. The nights got in the 60's, so we opened the window for cooler air.

Very close to the train station, many shops, restaurants and services nearby. Very close to St Peter’s Badilica

No A/C, elevator stopped working next day

The location was amazing. It was in the middle of restaurants, shops and close to Vatican City. It was conveniently close to metro station as well. Marina was fantastic!! She helped with our plans before arriving and set up last minute transportation for us. We had 2 teenagers with us and she ensured they were just as comfortable as we were.

Marina was an incredible host! One of the best I’ve ever had! Very responsive and always providing such valuable information on good restaurants/public transit options, adjusting accommodations, notifying us of restaurant partnership discounts, ordering Uber’s to the airport and letting me know about the souvenirs I forgot in my room. So grateful for Marina, she really made us feel comfortable and welcome in Rome!☺️? It was amazing!
