Very convenient location. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Was fine for a one night stay before going to airport. Was good to have use of a little kitchen. Quite small but efficient. Needs painting and regrouting in shower. A lot of online things to take care of before staying, more than I had to do anywhere else.

Excellent location, right across from Rimini that made it very easy to take transportation. Elevator is prone to malfunction.

Location central by termini Wasn't well cleaned. Headrest was dusty - hadn't been cleaned in a while and fluff on the floor Do not expect any cleaning or automatic towel changes, the owner sent us a change on request after two days. Shower gel and toilet paper insufficient for the duration fo the stay. Low lying bed, not quite comfortable.

Location is convenient. But the area is dirty, full of drug addicts and thieves The staff are rude and have no clue of what good customer service is. Communication is poor. We stayed for 4 days three nights and didn't know that there was no change of towels and cleaning throughout the stay. This information was not provided anywhere upon booking of the room, in the room's guest manual or by the staff themselves until we asked about the unhygienic condition of our stay. The bed was also not comfortable to sleep in.

Very clean and comfortable room with smart TV and fridge. Opposite Termini station and close to shops and restaurants. There wasn't a kettle in room as advertised but there was one in the shared kitchen. We felt a little uncomfortable waking in the area at night.

1 minute away from station. bad smell comes out from the sink when standing in front of it.
