Very clean and perfect location

Great place in an excellent location. Staff was always quick to respond to any inquiries. The walls are a little thin so it was noisy when neighbors entered or exited their rooms.

Location was good, near to the Vatican and at a walkable distance to centro. Just 3 streets away from a metro station and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, a lot lf sockets to plug things and it was very quiet at night. Nothing. Everything was good.

A very clean and hygienic accommodation with a very kind and warm host, In a very good location in Rome with easy access to everything you need.

Great neighborhood with lots of shops around. Cold air conditioning and a nice quiet stay. Beds were on the firm side but very comfortable. Definitely will stay again next time I’m in Rome.

Good location in the center. Staff was kind to arrange early check in. I got room#4 with specific other guests complained. So nothing to add.

Room was very comfortable with a fantastic balcony. Quiet street, excellent neighbourhood and short walk to all the main attractions. Massimo was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated the mini fridge which was perfect for small meals and drinks on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location (near metro), Nice clean room and bathroom, very helpful mini-fridge. Pillows and bed were too soft/lost their shape.

The apartment was very quiet and clean, and the room was sufficiently big. The bathroom was beyond expectations. It was very comfortable accommodation ..safety was number one. Generally, everything was good.

Exceptional

Nothing except the localization I am very very disappointed about my stay at this place. I took pictures of everything below. Room was very dirty, dirts under the bed from month I think the cleaning was not done. Chewing-gum from month on the floor. The walls were very dirty with black marks everywhere. It smells humidity in the bathroom, the ceiling is green of mold everywhere. And Very hard to get there, no reception, they don’t speak English on the intercom. It was supposed to have Netflix account as write on the information sheet, but not at all just the app. Please, I am not used to do the complain but I never felt that disappointed honestly. It wasn’t worth the money, it’s unacceptable to be “luxury suites” in these conditions. Thanks for your understanding.

The helpfullness and the accomodation , security and staff

I liked the location, you can reach everything worth visiting by walking. The owner and the staff was very nice and helpful. The best pizza what I ate not far from the hotel was in the restaurant Napul'é. I didn't like the thing that it's very difficult to find parking but that's a problem in whole Rome.

The location of this room is perfect, few steps away from coffee bars and shops. I felt very safe walking around as a solo traveller even at night. The people working there are also very friendly and helped me with my luggage when i arrived. I also had netflix in the room. The room itself is also cute and quite large, I was very comfortable. I had no sugar or milk in the area for coffee, i would also always forget to ask so i never did tea in the room. The duvet that was in the wardrobe was stained. The shower was a little clogged when i arrived, didn't overflow so i didn't inform anyone.
