The bathroom since it has full size tub. This not apartment hotel, it’s a studio! The location is bad and far from any store or restaurant. If you open the window for fresh air you won’t be able to sleep because it’s on near the highway. The room was too small (it is a studio not apartment), the bed were tiny like a couch. The carpet was dirty and smelly. Avoid it.

They increased the following day too much, that's why I found another hotel

Great location and price for those visiting the olympic track. Simple room but comfortable and well equipped with washing machine, kitchenette, dishwasher, and microwave. Walking distance to supermarket. Nice staff!

Well located. Friendly helpful staff. Clean, good facilities. Parking was handy but tight corners made it a bit hard to use.

It was a good-sized room with plenty of cupboard space for a longer stay, and the 24-hour reception team was very friendly. Having a washing machine/dryer was also very convenient. The rooms are not very soundproof, and it could be quite loud at times. The air conditioning seems to be centrally controlled and was warm or didn’t seem to work properly during the night. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room that lingered throughout the stay.

A great value for money!

The apartment (level 4) was on the main road and the noise was very audible through the closed windows. The lower ground level apartments would benefit from double glazed windows.

All Good. i reported some issues in my earlier stay and all that has been taken care of and really happy about that. Location is good and so as the comfort of room. Will stay again. Shower heads needs to be replaced, bit old and not effective. Additional bath mats required. No exhaust in Bathroom. Parking should be included in booking. Its a pain to find public parking if you are in a hurry. Hair Dryer to be replaced, plenty of dents. Hope they work on the suggestions.

It was close to Parramatta City. Was also close to bus stops as well. It was quite aged which wasn't obvious from the pictures. The room had a funny smell. It was hard to describe. It's a very basic accommodation.

The staff, we didn’t like the location because it was too far away from the city, so we decided to stay only one day , which was nice because we had the opportunity to enjoy Parramatta. The staff was very understanding and allowed us a short stay. Very thankful for that.

Spacious Room was dirty & dusty Pillows were lumpy Air conditioning system / fan was extremely loud cracks in the walls old appliances there was an off smell on the curtains windows let a lot of air and noise in the room tv outdated hot water was changing from cold to hot during my shower

Tight carpark for a bigger car but then staff gave the option for a visitor park which worked out great

Room was ok Bed fair Location great but the car park basement was horrible for inexperience driver and completely risk. staff were great.

Everything was clean No internet on the tv

Basic but immaculate with all the extras (hairdryer iron + board washing machine etc) The parking- although it was 2.1m in height which fit my 4wd, the turning is very very very tight underground.

the carpark is so small and unable to fit a 4wd i ended up damaging my car due to the very restrictive car park size and the gaurd rails are to small on the ramps in and out.
