Nice location, nice atmosphere. I did ask for a particular room when booking but was given a different standard double room instead of the suite I booked which was a lil disappointing. The reviews were good so that's what I went with. The reviews about the water is true, me and my kids literally bathed in our own dirty bacteria which was gross. Continental breakfast was good and was updated frequently. Pool was nice for the kiddos, spa didn't heat up during our stay. Fitness room was simple but needed, and a good workout. Security doors where a little much cause you have to swipe a couple times for it to catch but makes you feel secure due to the crazy around. We had to get our flooring done at home, so we only stayed 1 night but it was a good stay besides the dirty bath water.

When we had to leave a day early (for our own emergency reasons) the staff was so helpful and kind. The room was nice and the whole place was clean. The breakfast was a good buffet and restocked regularly. The room price, location and overall atmosphere here will keep people returning!

The pools was a good temperature & the hot tub was relaxing in the morning. The breakfast was well portioned with a good variety of scrambled eggs, hash browns & sausage patties. There was also a self service waffle machine, bagels, toast & banana nut muffins and fruit. The coffee was bold and tasty. I only stayed one night and my family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Towels and sheets were white and clean. Older hotel. Restroom door didn’t lock . Tub was clog from hair that was from prior tenants . :( called front desk for bath towels. They never got there:(
