Nice clean and large rooms. Breakfast was very limited, but place was very clean and comfortable. I was doubled charged and having a hard time getting ahold of front desk to get money back.

We had a great stay and the nice thing was we were able to check in much earlier than expected for a minimal fee. This was much needed after a long 6 hour drive and we were able to freshen up and rest before partaking in the festival activities. The room we had was at the end and quiet. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the hotel was near eating places. We checked out early so we didn’t get to try the breakfast but the staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Everything That I payed for 2nights only stayed 1 night bc had to leave at 12:pm had something come up and didn’t even get a refund for the on night

The employees were nice and the breakfast was fine. We had a cricket in our AC that chipped all night. There was a guy outside at 3 am talking loudly on his phone. I did not get a receipt sent to my email and nobody is answering the phone! The coffee water was so gross. The water was undrinkable.

The hotel is old and poorly mantained. The towels in our room as well as bed sheets had stains. The staff was ok. I had an important work call and asked for a late check out even if it had a fee and they said no without reason.

Staff person who greeted us was very helpful in setting up wifi and providing information about the area. The rooms were not very clean nor was the breakfast eating area. Hotel was convenient to Roswell attractions.
