The room was good, the closet doors were broke of the track and the smoke detector was hanging on the wall. It would be nice to have some better lighting in the room. We really enjoyed our stay! It is however very hot in August.

Be warned. $10 per night for parking in the middle of the desert? CASH GRAB Our outlets didn't work. Burn marks on the kleenex dispenser. Disappearing manager. Tried to find her four times to dispute a RIDICULOUS room charge and she was no where to be found. Another CASH grab. Oh, and they shame you if you book through EXPEDIA. There are WAY better places to stay in Roswell. Don't stay here.

The pool area was cute and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Check out was at 12 which we loved. Everything seemed outdated, the mini refrigerator in the room was too small to hold any of my items, carpet had a weird smell to it, elevator was a little too small. My room was very small. Doorway was real narrow difficult to bring the cart in to load and unload.

This hotel is my go to in Roswell. Staff and Hotel are always fantastic

The desk clerk, Jordan, very congenial and helpful in suggesting the restaurant next door. It was July 5 and folks were still shooting off fireworks into the night. No fault of the hotel.
