Each ground floor room offers satellite TV, thermal heating, a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Some apartments include full kitchen facilities and a private courtyard. There are super king beds in all rooms. Guests have access to BBQ facilities and a guest laundry. The tour desk can arrange local activities, including mountain biking, river raft adventures and helicopter flights.

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing, clean

Morgen’s hospitality was exceptional. Despite our booking being during a cyclone, she reached out and kindly allowed us to reschedule. When we were delayed by heavy traffic and arrived late at 10 PM, she provided clear instructions and was incredibly reassuring. The room was spotless, the bedsheets had a lovely fresh fragrance, and the pool was fantastic for a late-night soak. It’s a perfect spot for family gatherings. Nothing at all. Our stay was short but everything was handled perfectly by the host.

Good location for accessing events in Rotorua. On site laundry. The in room hot tub appeared dirty, needs to be bleached.

A lot of space. The hot tub was nice. Great location. Close to Redwood walk and highway connection. Tight bathroom space. No shampoo.

Access good. Room comfy. Host very nice and helpful. Need a light on the hotel sign on the street, very difficult to see if you don't know exactly where it is.

We found this to be a very quiet and very comfortable stay. The owners greeted us upon arrival, a very friendly and funny chap. Rooms were excellent, very comfortable beds, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. Entire property was clean, neat and tidy. Our only suggestion is to light up their property signage at night. It was a bit difficult to see in the dark.

The streets of Rotorua are lined with charming low-rise motels like Capri on Fenton, but we are so happy Capri is the one we chose. The bed was good, the water hot, the premises quiet, the kitchenette equipped (including good morning-coffee options) and the thermal spa an unexpected and delightful treat. Best of all, though, was the tireless willingness of Morgen to answer our every question and his wife Inge’s generosity when our ride to a booked cultural experience never showed up. Our only regret was that we did not reach out to Morgen before arriving in Rotorua to ask for local input while we were planning. He is a gold mine. There was nothing to like.

The location was perfect and the concierge was so helpful and generous. The bedding was beautiful as well as the special complimentary products. It was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was so wonderful! We would highly recommend this place.
