The room was smart, clean, well equipped and with excellent aircon for the heatwave. The parking was useful but a tight squeeze. The location is good for the central historic area. A more personalised breakfast.

The hotel has a very personal touch. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is fantastic. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and had very comfy beds. The air conditioning unit was of great benefit to a fabulous night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely, with everything constantly replenished Nothing

The hotel was conveniently located, the staff was friendly and the room was functional and clean. The bathroom was a little outdated and there was no lift.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was really cosy, spacious and had brilliant air conditioning. The welcome was very friendly and helpful, and the car park was very handy. Everything was well appreciated.

As requested my room was on the top floor and was very quiet. Heard no one except on the last day when some banging began at 6.30am. It was really spacious, had blackout curtains, a small air con unit and the bed was large and comfortable. Also had a decent walk in shower. Location was excellent being right in the centre and the staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Wifi was patchy even though there was a router on my floor. There was only a trickle of water from the tap in the washbasin in the bathroom. Towels provided were tiny. Although there was fresh fruit at breakfast some of it was often past its best so I bought my own. Please be aware the hotel does not have a lift so it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled persons. 16 steps to the 1st floor and 64 to the top floor which gave me plenty of exercise. No where really to sit downstairs and reception closed at 21.00.

Very clean, nice and friendly staff, good breakfast. The little fridge in the room is a lovely touch. Car park is very tight but was directed in by a member of staff.
