Nice room, and nice terrasse. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms could be better sound-insulated: we can hear the corridors/other rooms doors from within the room.

I only paid for 2 nights here as it was the same as 3 at my cancelled property ! As my plans were changed to just 2 nights in Rouen I had to find the extra cssh for 2 in Paris

the location was good, quick access to highways, by foot into the old parts of town and along the Seine. Staff were friebdly and helpful. The view from our room looked out towards the Seine. Breakfast room got a little crowded on some days. Due to our room being towards the intersection by the river, it got really loud at night, sometimes even until 3am.. so sleeping wasn't deep.

Superbe expérience. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville, et la chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaite pour se reposer. Ce qui a vraiment rendu ce séjour exceptionnel, c'est la qualité du service. Un immense merci à Audrey à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux ! Elle s'est montrée d'une gentillesse absolue, extrêmement aidante, aimable et attentionnée, son professionnalisme et sa bonne humeur font toute la différence. Une adresse que je recommande et où je reviendrai les yeux fermés !

Very hot, no Airconditioning. Walls were dirty (room 37) and the towel rack was broken. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, however a lot of things required refill. We had to ask for refill of the oranges for the orange-juice machine, as it was not done for 25 minutes.

Location very good and about a 15/20 minutes from the railway station. The room at the hotel was of a good size and the shower was easy to get into and use. Requested a kettle in the room which they supplied.(took own coffee, which was fine by me) Plenty of hanging space for clothes and luggage storage. No air conditioning but able to open window which was adequate. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety of things to eat. First time of getting yoghurt from a machine. The door from the luggage storage/clothes hanging space to the bedroom was broken and couldn't be closed. Something wrong with the door handle.
