Fantastic location - couldn't have been better. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with outstanding views. Great breakfast too.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms look very good, spacious, clean and airy. It is not far from the center and the view of the valley is spectacular. We also liked the breakfast very much and the host helped us keep our luggage here for a few hours after check-out. It was very helpful.

Nothing to not like about this place

The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything needed( including heat for a few cool days). Breakfast in morning was fast. Help with shuffling our dates and getting bus tickets was all really appreciated. Very flexible and helpful. Great roof top view.

Bathtub/shower combo is weird. Even my 5-ft wife was too tall for the shower head. Located on a busy street that seems to be one way part of the time--just enough to make sure you nearly get hit from behind when it's not.

Fantastic staff went above and beyond! I had left an electronic device on the Ha Giang to Sa Pa bus. The staff helped me call the bus company and when it was found (!) the staff went to the bus station to retrieve it for me. They also arranged a tour to Bac Ha for us. I really don’t like the combined toilet shower space but it seems to be prevalent in Vietnam (and also Egypt).

My family had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Cat Cat View. The location was perfect for us, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling relaxed and at home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.I highly recommend ordering your Fansipan tickets through the hotel. It saves you the hassle of waiting in line at Sun Plaza, which is only a short walk away. Cat Cat Village is also within walking distance, though be prepared for a bit of a trek—it’s worth it!The breakfast was fresh and delicious, just the right amount to fuel up for a morning of exploring. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. If you’re thinking about staying here, just book it—you won’t be disappointed. Nothing

Staff were friendly friendly, you could tell that it is family operated. The overall premises were quiet and the views from the rooftop were amazing. The breakfasts were fulfilling with an assortment of fresh fruits and bread. The bathtub could use a shower curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting wet.

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff which is the family are very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

The family who operates the hotel was extremely helpful, super nice and welcoming. We loved their hospitality. No complaints.

A very attentive team who managed the small hotel Nothing

Breakfast was very good. We mostly ordered the banana pancakes and chicken pho. There were a lot of drink options: We got coffee and passion fruit juice. The only thing we struggled with was the hot water. During our second and third stay, the hot water in the shower was inconsistent at night.

The hotel is well located, close to the town centre and a good base for hiking and visiting Mount Fansipan. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple, and staff English was limited, but the stay was comfortable overall.

The staff were amazing, very friendly & helpful, went out of their way to make you feel welcome & made sure everything was ok. The food from the onsite restaurant was really nice, breakfast was great. The hotel is in a great location, shops, restaurants/bars around.
