Sapa Vista Hotel

Really amazing view! It is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is also so spacious! It is such a good deal, plus the customer service is great. They are very accommodating and helpful to us. Also the location is convenient. Another surprise is from the room 608, you can actually see Fansipan if you zoom in and if the sky is clear! (See photo) The only thing that was a bit lacking to me is the lights in the room, because it is a bit hard to fix my things around at night, but its not a big problem.

It was giving us the good views None

Location is the best thing here, close to the shopping area. The room was too dark - not because of the fog but because the lights were old. Also- cleaners are not really doing the much needed cleaning of the room.

Dusty old building

Reception is friendly and the hotel and rooms are clean, great views of the mountain and the train Repeating breakfast menu, hope they change the viands a bit. We always have chicken curry hehe

The location is great and the cafe at ground level serves great coffee. Rooms are dimly lit and shoddy. Beds are sagging. Shower cubicles leak into main toilets. Breakfast is only local fare with no international options other than egg, which is only cooked one way. Aircons are noisy. The appearance is nothing like shown in the photos.

It was nice room, very accommodating hostess I was assigned a room without view

We booked two rooms with Sapa Vista over the holidays last Dec 2025; 1 triple room and 1 double room with mountain view. While we weren't able to enjoy the views cus of the fog (2 degrees), the rooms were spacious enough as well as the toilet and bath. The family managing the hotel was very kind and accommodating especially Mr. Loan, Mr. Quyet, and most noteworthy, Mrs. Toan. We had no hassle arranging everything in Sapa, from the transfer from Hanoi to Sapa, getting tickets for whole Fansipan itinerary, and even going to Catcat Village. All the logistics were well taken care of, making our family holiday less hassle. Just let them know what you need and they'll do the rest for a reasonable cost. Among all the locals we've encountered during our 2 week stay in Vietnam, they were the kindest-- all smiles and all help. Their cafe (Mūa Cafe) was very cozy, too. Good coffee! Will strongly recommend to friends and family! Breakfast buffet spread could be better, but not a detering factor.

The staff were very helpful and professional. They helped me with the process of getting my trip to Fansipan without the hassle of standing in line to buy the ticket . Excellent breakfast. Not much to say.

Great views and near Cat Cat Village. Breakfast can be better. The refrigerator and the air conditioner in the room is not working great.

Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was diverse. Hotel is clean. Good value for money. Unfortunately we could not see anything of the beautiful view due to the weather.

Large clean room, exceptional view, good breakfast, happy friendly helpful staff

The hotel is situated in an area with beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains and valley. The breakfast was abundant with varied options. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The hotel's location is central to many of the sites, and it's close enough to the downtown area (10-12 minute walk, or 5 minute car/motorbike ride) but not right in the middle of the chaotic downtown area so you don't have to worry much about heavy traffic or noise. A minor downside is that the balcony was slightly narrower than expected, so sitting outside on the balcony could be difficult.

All the staff was wonderful, Trang (the lead receptionist) was fantastic at providing me helpful hints at where to go regarding time and weather. he also rented me a scooter, a new scooter that I was Very Pleased with as well!! Understand that the fridge in the room is Not cold (at least not in my room) but they will store any refrigerated item that you have in their fridge, including a Big bag of Ice that wouldn't have fit in the fridge anyways:) By the way, their Breakfast was extremely satisfying, I think it had over 20 items on it including an omelette section with all of the fixens, a Crepe station and Pho - It was Wonderful!!!:)

I like the view of the Fancipan Mountain View. None

The hotel was perfect and has a great view of the mountain. Its soo great waking up in the morning with that view :) The place is downhill, and walking distance to Moana Place. Town is walkable as well but be prepared to walk uphill They have the same breakfast everyday, but its okay. they have variety of food :)

We love it and so spacioius.food was amazing . The staff are good especially the reception lady miss twan .probobly we will book again. Nothing .

She helped us a lot

We had a magnificent stay at one of the most welcoming hotels where guests can feel comfortable, happy, and treated like a friend in a professional manner. The breakfast was a delight, offering delicious food served by a very attentive team. They anticipated our needs, even without us having to ask. The team was taking our baby to play with it and to let us have breakfast peacefully. The hotel rooms were cozy, looking at a magical view at the mountains and Fansipan, and equipped with satisfying equipment, featuring renovated furniture in excellent condition and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, our experience was truly magnificent. Looking forward to our next stay at Sapa Vista Hotel!" Everything was Very good
