Strategically located in the heart of Sapa town!

La location e lo staff molto disponibile. We booked 2 nights at Green Forest, at the check in, we were communicated that the room booked was available only for 1 night and they would move us in Green Sapa Hotel and we would get an upgrade there. The first room was very large, but scarsly clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was not the best. In the afternoon we had to change hotel and we had to walk from one to another with the luggages (we had help from one of the guys). The room in the 2nd hotel was much smaller and lower in price than we paid, and the window was covered in mold. After complaining we were accommodated in a very large room, beautiful and clean. It was too much hassle. The staff was very helpful.

The location is great. Right in the center of the town. Also, I was about to rate this lower, but on the day of my checking out, the receptionist Ms Trang went above and beyond. I had already checked out, because I went trail running. When I came back around 12h30, I needed a place to shower. I asked her if I could shower and she nicely had me a place to shower and then also allowed me to rest until evening in the staff's room. This is really good hospitality and I find this very heartwarming in a cold winter day. Since it also hosts event, it can get really loud with loud music until late. If you're planning to sleep earlier you can be disturbed. However, the noise will die around 10PM and they keep the timing down correctly to ask event guests to go home.
