The views were amazing, breakfast in the form of buffet with many choices. Room was spacious and clean with balcony and a mountain view. Location was very good, 5min on foot to Sapa Station.

the staff was very friendly, they also allowed us to check in early as we arrived around 6 am. Also the facilities were pretty good. Also , the area was near to the attractions. There is nothing to not like but if i have to say , its that the terrace area shown in the photo , we couldn’t see , maybe be because they have same hotel in the area and we were on the one with no such view.

Lovely, spacious and clean. Helpful staff and great breakfast My original room door couldn’t open so I was ours in another room without a view and wasn’t compensated for the change.

We booked a larger room because my husband had online meetings. The bed was especially comfortable! Great location where we would have had spectacular views of the mountains had the weather cooperated!

Bathroom fixtures were poorly installed and in a state of neglect and disrepair. Shower didn't work, only bath. Half the furniture in our room was missing, including the entire sitting area by the window. Instead we just had a big empty space. Definitely didn't match the pictures or description. Breakfast buffet was 5/10. Ok selection and an egg/omelet station, but even by 8:30 all the food including even the coffee was cold. Restaurant at night was much better. 8/10.

The location on the edge of Sapa town was good. We had quite a nice view over the valley from our room. We also enjoyed the hotel pool and the restaurant was nice. The stars of the hotel have to be the staff, every department from front desk, baggage, room cleaning and restaurants were excellent, professional and super friendly.

Breakfast had a great selection. Beds were comfortable. Located right in the village so easy to walk everywhere. There is NO soundproofing in the rooms. The noise was unbelievable, the doors and walls were paper thin. You can hear the other guest's conversations, children screaming, people outside yelling and talking and constant road noise. And when another room turns off their water, there is a loud bang from the pipes. My first room was right under the restaurant so all I could hear was the sound of chairs moving across the floor. They moved me to a worse room, right at the top of the stairs that led to the restaurant. Constant noise, and even drunk men outside my room one night shouting on the telephone. It was an uncomfortable stay and could not relax in my room. The bathtub leaked badly and there was a lake of water on the floor after use. One night I called three times to room service to come and take away the dinner dishes. Then again to the front desk. No one came.

The staff were very helpful & considerate. They moved us to better room because it was wet and windy on the top floor and we may get cold. There was nothing not to like.

Fantastic location. Great staff very helpful. Great views from the rooms and the lounge/bar terrace. I would stay here again. Nothing to dislike in this hotel.
