This place was such a little gem! The renovations were fun and funky, the decor was bright and cheery, and the whole place felt trendy and new. Both Troy and Josh at the front desk were fantastic, helpful, and friendly, and the peach focaccia cobbler that I had at the attached restaurant (The Immortal) was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this place... 1000% would recommend, and will stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Parking was easy, there was a mistake with our room. Mistakes happen it’s how it’s handled that is important. The person at the desk apologized, quickly fixed the problem, checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the fix and then thanked us. There was no grumbling or lackluster service recovery. She did an amazing job, very professional. The bed was extremely comfortable, our bathroom was in good condition and appeared very clean.

The room was nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept well. The hotel was in a good location and easy to access from the highway but in a neighborhood adjacent feel to it. So easy to walk about the city.

Smaller bed falling apart. Room dusty.

almost everyone that worked here in the lobby was super nice, welcoming and helpful, I met a lot of different staff members. especially loved josh! she was always helpful and a joy to see and even pumped up the bike tires after I asked him to. the gym is super nice and i felt so safe and comfortable. literally the most comfortable hotel bed i’ve ever slept in and perfect room for 1 person. I would 100% stay here again. i also loved that they had water machines bc when i travel it’s always an extra trip to go find clean enough water to drink. they made it so convenient to not have to leave for many reasons.having the complimentary bikes was a huge reason of why i booked here also since i didn’t have a car! also really liked the house keepers too! especially havana, she let me vacuum my room. Super polite and great customer service. josh (front desk) pump up the tires on the bike where I asked you and help me understand my day with ease. Super nice and great customer service and Helped me extend my stay twice easily! the bigger african american dude was a bit less happy but still helpful. and how wendy said the tires on the bike were pumped up but they weren’t. the gardeners were there somewhat early one morning which was annoying if you’re sleeping past 8 am. also the gym had sweat marks on the stationary equipment dripping down the bottom that no one had cleaned and should be vacuumed and looked at everyday. yoga mats could be cleaned but otherwise gym is one of the best hotel ones i’ve been too. simple strong and straight forward

Checking out! I am not one to write reviews usually, but my recent experience staying at the Aiden Hotel was so unfortunate, I felt compelled to share the issues with others. Let us begin with the front-desk, check-in experience. In years of travelling to various countries, staying at many more “budget-friendly” options than a modern Best Western property such as the Aiden, I have never experienced such poor customer service as at this hotel. It began with Mariana, the front desk clerk during check-in. She literally said two phrases to me over the course of the check-in process—“I need your ID” and “You’re in 221.” No hello, welcome, are you parking, do you need recommendations, where are you traveling from. Not even an explanation of how to get to my room (confusing, given that the hotel also owns the building across the street!), nor an explanation of the amenities, such as the free bikes or welcome coffee. This hotel should be ashamed that its paying customers (paying upwards of $150/night for a basic room, if not more) experience such horrible customer service. Now, you may think it was just one employee—but lo and behold, the next day while leaving the property, I come and interact with Simar. He was too occupied on his phone, with two earbuds in, to do ANYTHING. No, “How was your stay?” Not even a note of where my receipt might be sent. No wishing me well on the journey. If this was a budget motel, fine—I am not looking for good customer service. However, a Best Western property, and especially one charging such high prices, should at least be able to train there staff. To talk about the rest of the hotel: the rooms themselves are 3 months old (at the time of writing). The site itself is a former office building. The rooms were clearly not well thought out and rushed to be put together. The sliding bathroom door is too big for its “holder,” meaning that anytime one opens or closes the door, it makes a loud shrieking sound and leaves a white mark on the door.
