Everything was great. The only issue was we had 4 people in our party, and they only had 2 bath towels in the room, We had to go ask for more. That was the only issue if you can even call it that.
-
It was a little disappointing. Staff was great. We were on the 8th floor. They had a wedding party on 7th floor. Loud music, loud crowd. Drunk party members slamming doors and yelling (obviously they were having fun) but it was hard to avoid the noise

Amazing time at this hotel, staff is so friendly and kind.

Room was small but very classy and clean, great view from the window and windowsill to enjoy it from.

Clean room great staff good food at restaurant
-
Excellent hotel. Park across the street is not good, lots of noise.
-
Excellent staff - very friendly and attentive. Great location and top notch overall.

Beautiful hotel

Very sketchy neighborhood. Drugged out aggressive gremlins. All store fronts closed. Great restaurant but you are a prisoner to the hotel. Dangerous area. Stayed here 7 years ago. Great then, bad now.

Great friendly customer service!

Beautiful property, excellent restaurant, great valet staff & the front desk was super!

The room and bed were lovely. The linens were very comfortable, and the room service was great for breakfast. The TV has lots of options to watch, and the staff is also very friendly. The only thing that could have been better was the shower door did not close properly. Overall, it was not really an issue as there was not a big mess or anything.

Beautiful hotel! Valet service was right on time!

But kind of inconvenient to load and unload luggage in my opinion. With kids, it's kind of dangerous in my opinion. There is no parking near by at all. Therefore, I decided get the $49 valet parking. It takes about 15 minutes to retrieve the vehicle, so make sure to text them ahead of time. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. However, certain amenities didn't work well. The fridge in our room didn't work. We called they staff, they came and fixed it. Was told that it will cool down in 10 minutes. Nope, didn't cool down a little, just a little in the next morning. So, we had to grab ice to ice our milk. Ice is only on the 8th floor. The tub plug did plug well, so couldn't make a bath for the baby unless we use a cloth to plug. For it being over $300 for a stand kings room, I expected everyone to work well. One of the little table stand was floppy as well, couldn't use it to set drinks on. But it is a beautiful hotel with friendly staffs.

The staffs were great. The hotel was clean and I liked the appearance /design. Food was good too..Location was perfect, was close to the church where the wedding was. And for allowing us to checked in early. Thank you for that. None

Fun to stay in a historic building that has been renovarted to a modern standard. Excellent front desk help and restaurant. Had two great meals in the hotel restaurant. I prefer to stay here compared to the nearby newer buildings which have ubiquitous design and furnishings. The noise from the street at night is significant. Even staying on a mid-level floor, screaming from the street could be heard throughout the night. Not for light sleepers. Recommend that the hotel installs noise insulated windows. The park across from the hotel entrance is filled with homeless. Not a positive first impression entering the hotel.

Always a good stay.

Staff is friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel had all amenities and services expected. Adequate room service offering. Valet parking very efficient for busy location. Hotel has a bit of a formal ambience for leisure travel. Works very well, but clearly focused on business travel.
