Great venue well maintained and clean. The room was awesome and the A/C kept the room nice and cool even with 100 degree weather during my stay. The gym and pool were clean and maintained. Would 100% recommend for anyone staying in downtown Sacramento!

Hotel staff were very welcoming from the beginning. I was able to check in a little early due to my room being ready. Great perk of having a pool as my kids enjoyed it. Love that they have a water filter machine. Only con is the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. So either you valet or park at the public garage that is right across the street from the hotel.

Great location, within walking distance of the stadiums and the Capitol building. their restaurant is a bit expensive. Coffee cart as well.

Everyone was very accommodating with those in our party with disabilities. Clean & comfortable. Loved the option of a grab & go breakfast vs breakfast buffet. Valet parking makes it effortless! I’d definitely stay there again!!

I had to ask three times over a 25 minute period for my car to be brought up by the parking valet. They were not busy at 8:45 AM. I had a scheduled court appearance that morning, which I almost missed. This alone compels me to say that I will not stay at the hotel again.
