Comfy bed, safe accomodation, and excellent access to the downtown of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Thorough check-in instructions (in French) made accessing the property a breeze. Great value for the price.

Close to the beach and busstation, pretty quiet area. Felt very safe, door to building required key, door to apartment locked twice and then a lock for our room as well. Lots of electrical outlets in the room. Dirty floors. We were asked to take off our shoes but it was so dirty on the floor you had to wear slippers. Bad flushing in the toilet and very strange vibes with the owner/staff. We were asked not to contact the owner directly but only saw staff there when we checked in, not once for the rest of the stay. Elevator is very small, barely fits two people. We couldn't get to the balcony connected to our room. The air wasn't great in the room
