Great location in the midst of Salamanca. Friendly, helpful staff. Provided a safe place to store our bicycles.

Great location. Oldish premises. Single room was small and simple, but clean and comfortable. Staff was really polite and helpful. No complaints! Bathroom was a bit old. WC made a loud noise after flushing. Buffet breakfast could have been better (more diverse fruits, for instance), but it was OK.

It was clean, had all the necessities AND both an amazing location and the best staff EVER! I would have loved to been in one of the rooms with a balcony.

The hotel is located in the center of the universe. It is literally part of the Salamanca world heritage site. This is just amazing. As soon as we walked out of the hotel entrance, we walked right into the thick of the action where everything is happening and we loved it. Plaza Mayor, Convento de San Esteban, University of Salamanca, etc. Everything is right there. The hotel room is also spacious and the window gives us a view of the old town. The bathroom sink is huge which makes things a lot easier. Everything was great.

You cannot drop off your luggage after 10:00 am since the costumer service will also notify you after booking. Also, no microwave or hairdryer inside the room but other than that everything is good and the location is perfect.

It's a great location in the centre of town, a couple of blocks from Plaza Mayor and the Catedrale. The room could use a kettle and a hairdryer.

Right inside the old town area, this hotel is close to all major tourist attractions. Comfortable bed. Breakfast that is value for money. Friendly staff. Strong smell, though not objectionable, felt when I have just entered the room. Some floor tiles are broken. The toilet bowl and the shower cabinet are too close to each other in such a way that I had difficulty sitting on the toilet bowl comfortably. The corridor of the floor where my room was located had no lighting at all. It was.completely dark at night.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was simple but good. They have an elevator. In general it was very good. Just that on the last day a bunch of teenagers stayed there and they were so, but so noisy. We could hear them running, screaming, laughing, swearing, and it lasted till 4 am almost. But apart from this, all was ok.

Great value for money, good breakfast, staff always available to help, great location, close to the main tourist attractions in Salamanca. I recommend your stay. we had nothing to complain about the hotel
