Wonderful dinner. Breakfast served in a lovely courtyard. Excellent location just a block and a half room Plaza Mayor. Price for a whiskey serving was a bit steep.

This hotel is very special, a real find. Small in size but huge in personal service, with nicest, friendliest staff anywhere. The location was perfect - just enough out of the center to feel private but a short walk to everything of historic interest. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, memorable. Nothing

Beautiful property and rooms ! Truly Excellent location ! Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a uniquely wonderful experience. Noise outside one of our rooms at night. Ask for a quiet room.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding felt soft and high quality — I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who handled our check-in — he was especially warm, welcoming, and helpful. A wonderful stay overall. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Nothing really. I would have loved to have a bathtub, but I wouldn't sacrifice the fabulous shower.

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

The Hotel has changed our room type with no warning, just saying that it will work better for us as street view room is noisy. We would still prefer street view and would appreciate if the staff notify us about the change during check in. The Hotel puts air-freshener in the lobby, the smell is too strong and takes away a luxury feel.

Staff really set this hotel apart. It's a beautiful property and we loved every minute of our stay! Nothing to share!

I thought that it was dishonest that they added on a €50 supplemental charge for having a dog when this was not noted on booking. Also, parking is not free even though it seemed like it was from the booking page. Finally, the breakfast was nothing particularly special and I actually preferred the breakfast buffet at the other five star hotel in Salamanca, the Palacio Esteban

Breakfast was delicious and the location was central and you could walk everywhere but not easy with your own car because they are located on a plaza that is not a normal street to drive on. The courtyard was pretty as were the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The bed and breakfast is pretty however if they put you in the back building above the kitchen you will not sleep. All night long there is a sound that goes off every few minutes like a fog horn. The hotel knows it and when we told them we could not sleep they changed the room and acknowledged that there is a problem with that room! We also didn’t have hot water. Hello then why put people in that room when you know you have a problem. Nothing was offered to help with the fact that we lost 1 day of vacation and got zero sleep. Also the parking garage the hotel uses is awful. I am dealing with damage to my rental car from them trying to fit too many car into a tiny garage. The staff is friendly but young and inexperienced. There is no bell man to help you with your luggage, yes the 20 + year old female at the front desk will help but with big bags that doesn’t make sense. We could not sit and have wine in the courtyard as they had no red wine, only 1 white and the rose you had to buy a bottle. Sad because the courtyard is beautiful.
