The breakfast was up to Euro standards. The staff was excellent. Location was top-notch. Really good hotel!!!

Location and place No complaints

The mattresses were too hard in my opinion. Well, I suppose using the car elevator could be an issue for some people.

Not a lot. Beds comfy. Extortionate price for dog. No facilities. Boutique hotel ?? Very tired rooms that needs revamp. Mould in bathroom. Uneven wooden flooring (trip hazard)Hard to find as name different on outside of hotel.

Location!

Room was acceptable - a little tired - some of the flooring had lifted in parts and needs repairing. The hotel charges 15 euros for pet staying and then charges an additional 25 euros for extra cleaning of the pet being in the room!!!! I have stayed in many hotels across Europe especially in Salamanca and the 25 euros additional charge has never been asked for. There was no extra cleaning at al needed for the room - it is just a way of the hotel making extra money. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend to my frinds with pets to stay here.

Great staff people! Thank you guys you are the best in this place! Ok breakfast! Really low internet connection. According to Speed Test: from 4 to 7 Mbps. Old card-keys and system at all, occasional power outages in room 309, problem with card-key connection. Glass doors to the toilet with large gaps. Non-functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom.

AC not working, (room 505)

Very pleasant and efficient staff, luxurious two-room suite with enormous and very comfortable bed, good quality breakfast buffet, location a 10-minute walk from all the main sights. The hard plastic shower gel dispenser was difficult to use for my wife, who has arthritic fingers. We would have appreciated detailed instructions in advance about the car park (accessed via a vehicle lift next to the hotel entrance) and where to put our car when we first arrived.

Location is a short walk from the main square. Parking in the hotel garage with a car elevator was easy and practical. Room was spacious and has a coffee machine. It is a boutique hotel with great value for money. Fancy shower stall which was not really needed.

Very clean . Stuffing friendly and helpful. The bed was very hard.

The price, although I wished I would have stayed at the Sobo Salamanca, closer to Plaza Mayor. This location, although close to historic district, was a bit too quiet to walk alone after dark. The safe was dead and the staff could not resolve that issue and never got back to me on their attempts to fix. Shower is a complicated “capsule” with lots of buttons, they have the space to streamline. I could not control the HVAC system and did not know if it was on heat or air conditioner. I do not like not being able to turn on the AC. The breakfast room is very dated.

Location was near to Plaza Mayor and amenities. Minibar to use if needed & breakfast choices were good. Spacious room. Parking was underground, however the car had to enter into a lift. Perhaps this could have been more detailed in the parking section. For example a larger car might not have had space to be in it.

Location Walls were paper thin and it was incredibly noisy.

Great location, walking distance to city center. Comfy room. Fantastic underground parking.
