Good central location for visiting all the major attractions A bit challenging for heavy suitcases We appreciated the night clerks assistance to carrying our bags up to the elevator floor

Clean basic room and bathroom. Great location for Salzburg old town - right next to bus stop also. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast offering. No air conditioning in room. Very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in the room at night.

The hotel was very entral to what we wanted too do.

Very good location. Short walking distance from main attractions and city parking. Place a little bit run down. Felt like it had it's heyday in the 80's. A bit pricey for the quality.

The location is very convenient a very brief stroll from the old city center top marks in that regard. Tap water was great, nice and cold and excellent taste. Major points for that. The place has no air conditioning. I did travel for business and had work to do on my room which was impossible due to the excruciating heat. With incredibly hot summers this is just not suitable. Also the room is ver worn, a new set of paint for walls & furniture would do the carpet also looked worn.

Nothing, our stay was a very disappointing experience. We were two adults traveling with one child and requested an extra bed for our son. The bed provided was broken and unsafe to use. When we informed Housekeeping, a staff member came to the room and told us that it was the only bed available and that we could either use it or not use it. This response was both unhelpful and unacceptable. A hotel should never expect a child to sleep on a broken bed, and any bed placed in a guest room should be inspected and confirmed to be in safe, working condition. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the shower curtain had visible mold. My child also fell during our stay, which added to our concerns about the room’s condition and safety. I am attaching photographs of the broken bed, my child’s fall, and the mold in the bathroom. We expected a clean, safe, and comfortable room, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. Superb location. Walking distance to all the sites. Very near a wonderful Italian restaurant. Room was clean. Some staff were very helpful. Decor was a bit dated. Barely any plugs sockets in the room. Was very warm.

Die Nähe zur Stadt It is close to the inner city. Die Zimmer sind alt und der Strassenlärm war extrem The Rooms are old and worn. Carpets need to be renewed. Also we were in the room and other tourist were allocated the same Room and they entered the room while we were there. Very disturbing to say the least.

Breakfast The carpets we’re disgusting , stained all over . Need an upgrade . Did not realise there was no tea and coffee in room during booking .

Disappointing

Location was great, outside of the main tourist centre but only a few minutes' walk back into the hustle and bustle. Very near a supermarket and only around the corner from the bus stop to the airport bus.

The location was convenient, with bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around Salzburg. There was no air conditioning, and the room was very hot. Opening the window for ventilation was difficult because the area was noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably. There were also no proper external shutters or effective blackout blinds to block the light and reduce the disturbance.
